Eupraxia is a program designed to help people get stronger, lose weight, fit into clothes you haven’t worn in years, have more energy with your family, or simply to look and feel better. We do not teach a gimmick or diet fad and we do not try to sell you on some magic pills, powders, or potions. We teach you how to make healthy food and exercise choices to achieve whatever your goals are. Our program works for everyone, even if you haven’t exercised in years, as long as you are willing to put in the effort.

Initially, I wasn't sure if a trainer/class style gym would ever be something I consider. I did know though that I needed a lifestyle change so I figured it wouldn't hurt to give it a shot.
Since I started in March, I've seen great improvement in my physical and mental health. It's a great community between the trainers and the members. Everyone is inclusive and friendly. The work out is more motivating than working out by yourself. I get a better, more fulfilling workout than I ever did when I worked out alone. If you are unsure if this is the right fit for you, but you know you need a change, just try out their free week trial.
In the end, I find myself a happier person. I'm more positive and my mental state no longer takes a dive. I've seen a great change in my body that makes me feel better about myself. It's definitely something to consider if you ever feel like you need a change. Just do it for yourself. It doesn't hurt to try.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Eupraxia! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the kindest and most helpful staff. After my knee replacement surgery, I struggled with my quad muscles even after physical therapy ended.
Kaitlyn was absolutely amazing! She worked closely with me, creating modified workouts that allowed me to participate in classes while accommodating my needs. Her support and encouragement made all the difference in my recovery.
Melissa also stood out during my kickboxing classes. She was incredibly supportive and helped me adapt my workouts to ensure I could keep up and feel confident.

I started a 6-week challenge 5 weeks ago. The first workout, I thought, what did I get myself into? It was so intense, but I modified moves I needed to, and over the past 5 weeks, it’s gotten easier. It’s a great workout, and I always feel great after each workout. I’m feeling my muscles, in a good way, and feel so much better about myself, mainly because I know I’m doing something good for myself. The recipes are SO good, and I find myself craving good food, and I don’t miss sugar, grains, or dairy at all. I enjoyed this so much, I signed up to keep my membership going, and my husband joined too. I would highly recommend Eupraxia to anyone of any physical level.

I've only gone to the Onalaska location so I can't offer any insights into their other locations, but I'd describe the workouts here as being HIIT strength workouts primarily using kettlebells (~35 min). All of the instructors that rotated through the month I went were very nice and were helpful in learning proper technique. Classes are held M-F with one class on Saturday. Cons at this location are no showers, no childcare, limited class times, and there's not even a water fountain to refill your water bottle (you can pay $1 for a non reusable plastic water bottle). It's a pretty basic gym with kettlebells, jump boxes, punching bags, and pull up bars. Pros are the instructors if you like accountability, small class sizes, the Wednesday kickboxing class if you enjoy those, and I did like the classes overall but didn't find that yet met all my fitness goals.

My favorite part of joining Eupraxia is the personal trainers, the help with learning different exercises, and help with perfecting my form with those exercises. These are things I haven’t found at gyms in our area, including personal trainers. The camaraderie with other members is a close second; this is a very welcoming, non-judgmental community of great people wanting to continually improve themselves and the people around them. I lost 15 lbs and 4.9% body fat in 6 weeks! All by eating more and working out less! It’s the simplest plan I have ever had and my family can eat all the same meals (no more separate meals!) Eupraxia is a great place to exercise! At first, I wanted to join a weight loss challenge and move on. Instead, I found a place that makes me feel welcomed and supported. The workouts are quick and efficient. What I love most is the fact that I don't have to "think" about what I need to do next nor do I find myself walking aimlessly around a large gym. I also appreciate how the trainers offer various modifications to meet individual needs. Success looks different for different people at various levels. At the end of each workout, I leave with a sense of accomplishment and success. Location is great, and the staff are extremely caring and motivating. My routine was dragging and in need of a serious jumpstart, so I signed up for the 6 week challenge. Eupraxia came to the rescue! From the initial consultation to the daily workouts, Eupraxia has been a great and motivating guide for all my fitness goals. The classes have me working on being in the best shape I've ever been in, and it keeps getting better. The eating plan was very easy to follow, and I plan on using most of it going forward now that the challenge is over. The facility is organized, clean and has everything I need for an awesome workout. The space is a great layout with so much essential equipment. The instructors are all very helpful and knowledgeable. They never fail to motivate and inspire with their energy, enthusiasm and high intensity music. They are always ready to provide an alternative way of doing an exercise based on individual needs. What I love most about Eupraxia is the variety - every workout is different from the last, and it leaves you dripping sweat, feeling like you more than met your fitness goals for the day! Solid 5 stars across the board. I highly recommend Eupraxia!

I joined Eupraxia after a series of events 'pointed me in that direction'. I was nervous because I've had bilateral knee, ankle and feet injuries but Eupraxia is working well! I'm feeling stronger, able to do things I couldn't do when I started and yes, I've lost weight. Lindsay, my trainer, is great at teaching me modifications as needed (and is very kind and patient). When I fell and severely injured my wrist - she encouraged me to keep working, again, teaching me modifications (she has a deep knowledge base). I also enjoy the groups so much! (Some of the friendliest workout buddies you'll ever find). Lastly, as a healthcare provider trained in integrative/functional medicine - I find the nutrition advice is also quite good. I completed the six-week challenge at Eupraxia and lost over 5% body fat. I absolutely should have started the challenge sooner. I delayed because I did not think I could make time in my schedule for the workouts and losing weight or body fat in a specific time frame seemed like it would cause me anxiety. Finally, thanks to my wife, I sat down with Lindsay and listened to what Eupraxia and the six week challenge was all about. When I looked at my weight and how much I might weigh if I completed the challenge; it just made too much sense. I wanted and needed to lose that much weight and body fat and the prospect of doing it in six weeks seemed like a good deal to me! I can guarantee that had I not signed-up, I would not have lost any weight or body fat over the past six weeks. Lindsay was awesome to work with through my 6 week challenge. She's very upbeat with a positive attitude, checked on my regularly, and made sure that I stayed on track! The six weeks flew by so quickly. I lost a total of 14lbs. and 2% body fat. I am feeling much better and notice a huge difference in how my clothes fit. If you follow the meal plans and workout regularly, you will loose a considerable amount of weight and body fat. The meals are delicious and gives you many choices to pick from. The meal plans aren't a diet, they are normal home cooked meals but healthy options. I enjoyed the challenge, love the trainers and fellow members of the 5am club! I enjoyed it so much that I signed up for a year membership as I have found my new fitness home.

I did the 6 week challenge at Eupraxia after a friend had great results at the La Crosse location. Lindsay and all of the other trainers at the Onalaska gym are very encouraging and gave me the tools I needed to lose 21 pounds and 5.2% of my body fat in 6 weeks! The workouts are intense but fairly short and I attend 3 per week which easily fits into my schedule. I don't want to live at the gym! There are multiple classes every day too so you have flexibility to get those 3 or 4 workouts in each week. I highly recommend Eupraxia to anyone who wants to lose fat and get stronger.

I have been going to Eupraxia off and on for about 6 years. I'm cheap and always think I can do it on my own. Whenever I stop going, I gain all my weight back and then some. This place really works. The workouts can be modified to any fitness level. The instructors are amazing and always willing to help. They demonstrate proper form and assist you with your form to help prevent injury. Most importantly, they are encouraging. They get to know the members and their stories. It's truly a great place to go. Plus Eupraxia offer on the go workouts if you're traveling or snowed in, and for plans to help you learn what is good for your body. I have tried other workout facilities in the area and Eupraxia gets my top vote!

I was hesitant to try Eupraxia 2 years ago, because I was concerned about working out with others and people watching me. I was the type that stuck to in-home exercises, but I’m SO glad I finally got up the nerve to go! Never once have I felt like people were watching me.
I love everything about this place, from the trainers, the workouts and the friendships build over time. It’s how I like to start my mornings — it’s not just about my physical health, but mental health as well! It’s how I take care of me.

I’ve been going to Eupraxia since Oct 2013. I can’t say enough good things about going here! The people you workout with are so welcoming and the trainers are excellent! The place is motivating! It’s more than just your typical gym. I actually have learned about proper NUTRITION. How to really eat and it’s crazy how simple it is! I 100% believe that just cleaning up my diet alone was the major determining factor of why I was able to get off blood pressure meds that I was put on in my early 20s. The WORKOUTS rotate constantly. You can’t get bored as they are ever changing. They are fun and yet challenge you! There are modifications for every exercise so it doesn’t matter what level you are at when walking through the door! Another element Eupraxia has taught me to living a fulfilling life is GRATITUDE. This place has helped my mental health out in more ways than one! It’s helped me to be a better mom and wife! I’ve been going to Eupraxia in Onalaska since mid September 2020. I love it! I might not be always be in the mood to workout but I always feel amazing afterwards! Lindsey has been a great motivator and support I really enjoy her classes. She keeps you motivated the whole time while making sure to observe and making sure you’re having good/ safe form. I used to jazzercise because I loved working out in a group setting. I would also go to the gym so I could lift to get in my strength training. Coming off baby number 3 I didn't have the time to do both. I love Eupraxia because I feel like I'm getting the best of both worlds in one place!
I have been working out at Eupraxia over 6 months and I am improving every week. Gaining strength, mobility, endurance, speed. Every week I feel like I'm pushing myself with the help of amazing trainers!
Like I said I've had 3 babies, Lindsay has been an excellent trainer in my workouts postpartum. I started 10 weeks postpartum and she is so knowledgeable, she worked with me to offer exercises and stretches to meet my body where it was at in it's recovery and has guided me in building my strength while being mindful of my postpartum needs.
Also if you're new to nutrition, or intimidated by all the gimmicks out there Eupraxia has done an amazing job of putting together nutritional education and breaking down basics that everyone should really be taught in school.
A great place to achieve overall wellness with great people there to encourage, support, and do it along side you.

Eupraxia isn't just a gym....it's a family. I have never been to a gym where everyone encourages each other. I have never been to a gym where other you don't know tell you "good job". As someone who is bigger and not a lot of strength or stamina when I first started that meant a lot and helped keep me motivated to come back. The trainers are amazing and take time to go over things and make sure you are doing the workout correct to get the full effect. They have good modification ideas if you your not able to do the full workout. Lindsay....I wouldn't be where I am today without her. She pushes me and encourages me to move up my game. For four years, I have been a member of Eupraxia. Before Eupraxia, I was on my own at fitness centers that did not have classes and friendly staff to train you with their weight equipment. Eupraxia is a place I feel comfortable going to and the trainers welcome questions and are very helpful. The workouts are fast, strenuous, and the trainers push me. Eupraxia is a place that I would highly recommend. I finally really enjoy working out - because of Eupraxia.

I have only been at Eupraxia for 3 weeks, but am excited to have noticed positive changes already coming my way! They offer a comprehensive program that includes exercise in a group setting, along with simple and straight forward nutritional guidance that anyone can follow. Lindsay and the other trainers have been incredibly helpful in making modifications and motivating me to increase my weights when appropriate, and have given me nothing but encouragement every step of the way. I’ve always struggled to find the gym that is the right fit for me as I start work really early, but also know that the only time I can commit to exercising is early mornings as I’m exhausted by the time the afternoon rolls around. The combination of the times offered and the shorter, but grueling, workouts seem to be perfect for me! I know that it’ll take time to reach the goals I have for myself…but the fact that I look forward to exercising, am making positive changes to a previously horrific diet, and am seeing the numbers on the scale go down, all tell me THIS IS WORKING! I first joined Eupraxia and was just going to do the 6 week challenge and be done! However I am signing on tomorrow to be a long term member after 3 1/2 weeks there I cannot tell you how much my life has changed! I have a huge problem with social anxiety but not once, not even on my very 1st day did anyone make me feel out of place!
A video I watched before Joining was done by Dr Czys and it is truly what made me join about how nobody is watching you and when you look at a group photo the 1st person you look at is yourself and it is so true and if not for that video I may not have even joined!
I cannot say enough good things about Lindsay! I was pretty much a couch potato before joining and she always helping me on the exercises and giving me modifications so that I can get the proper form! If I can do this anyone can do it !! I LOVE this fitness center. I love feeling pushed by the great trainers and routines. I can't believe what I can accomplish everyday. I feel really empowered by my increasing strength and stamina. Eupraxia is changing my life - not only with my body but my outlook on how to eat. It is a perfect combination for health. I love that there is a set workout time, too. My workout needed something different. I had been cross training as a triathlete and long distance runner. I no longer had the time to commit to an hour+ per day for workouts. I was excited to see the variety of kettle bells, kick boxing and circuit training. The variety and challenge of each work out give me the overall fitness I wasn't getting with my previous training. The class schedules fit my lifestyle. There are nutritional guidelines on how to feed your body for performance and health. How to eat real food, not packaged meals.
