I started attending Farrell's Extreme Bodyshaping in Hudson in September 2023. The Hudson location offers a fun, supportive, and family-like atmosphere where real results happen. I’m in the best shape of my life, and I credit much of that to the dedicated staff, the owner, and my fellow members.

In the past I had been working out at home for 20 years. I heard about their 10 week challenge and decided to give it a shot. I didn’t win and yes I was top 5. Now I’m in the annual challenge and have my mind set on winning! Going to Farrell’s has kept me highly accountable in my workouts and tracking macros to achieve my targets. I’ve shed lots of weight, 25lbs went from size 10 to size 4, body fat from 32% to 20% and I’m not done yet. I have the most energy, and more confidence than ever! The instructors and having the display with my heart rate monitor on the screen pushes me to workout harder. The instructors are patient, extremely motivating and so helpful with suggestions to improve our technique. The classes are tough but fun! Who doesn’t like punching and kicking the crap out of a bag! Everyone is giving each other knuckles & high fives. The community is supportive and all ages and sizes. The gym is clean and they have excellent air flow while working out. It’s dynamite and it will change your life!

Farrell’s Hudson is a fun friendly encouraging place to work out. I’ve been working out there a year and feel great. Only downside is that I had to replace my wardrobe because my clothes got too big. 😁

Love the workout and the Hudson gym! I’m a fan of showing up and doing what I’m told for 45 min. It always goes by quickly, and I’m always encouraged to do more to reach my level 10 (which is different for everyone). Take advantage of their free trial. I did it one time, and I’ve been coming now for 5 years!

I can't recommend Farrell's enough. I've belonged to quite a few gyms/studios over the years and this place delivers everything I needed.
Accountability, if I want to see better results for whatever the goal is. It's always a great workout that leaves me sore but refreshed. And it's easy, I don't have to think about it; the classes are simple to follow/modify.
The clientele are are all at different ages and levels of fitness and we all seem to have fun together putting in the hard work. You can choose to be social or not but I feel it's part of the reward to lift others up and motivate each other.
The staff/instructors are friendly, engaging, helpful and truly appear to want everyone to succeed to their best potential. They and the coaches follow up on you to help keep you accountable.
It's all encompassing as far as physical conditioning, nutrition planning, mental stimulation and emotional wellness go. It's not easy but it's 100% worth the effort and new habits and connections you'll form. And the Hudson location is the best!

I have tried a variety of nutrition systems and workout programs, but Farrell's - Hudson has been the best environment and challenge I have ever experienced. Been going to FXB for a few weeks now and love it. I love the fast paced classes. No need to plan my own work outs anymore! Farrell's is life changing. Everyone needs to find what works for them and this was/is it for me (and I've tried dang near everything!). Great atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, challenging yet achievable workouts, flexible class time options, and a great community with a mentality of wanting to see each other succeed in whatever their individual workout goals may be. If you are on the fence, just push yourself try it. They offer no commitment trials and you seriously wont regret it. I absolutely love this place and everything it has to offer.

Love Farrell’s! I’m back at it after falling off track during Covid and after only four classes I am already noticing my muscle tone coming back. I have back issues so I just do the strength training days with the resistance bands and am able to modify if needed. It is a great overall workout, addressing each of the muscle groups. Strengthening my core helps my back, and the workouts overall greatly increase my energy levels. The staff members here are super kind and helpful and do a great job at making sure you achieve the level of success that you want, while making you feel comfortable and confident in the process!

At first glance Farrell’s may not seem appealing to a male in their 20s, but from personal experience this is the best gym I have ever been apart of. I first started here in 2019 and it has been the best decision I have ever made for my physical and mental health. I can’t say enough good things about FXB. Everyone is so wonderful there and truly cares about your well-being and goals. From the start, I texted them with a lot of questions and they were super informative and patient with me. When I actually started, I felt really comfortable. Everyone was so welcoming! Lisa specifically has been amazing to work with! She’s always so easy to talk to and takes the time you need. All the instructors are fabulous and run a great class. They don’t make you feel bad if you don’t know what you’re doing which is great for beginners. I am happy I found this place and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to start working on their health and fitness goals!

Twice Now! I worked out here for over a year. But then got busy with outdoor work at the winery and didn't go back for nearly two years. I missed the people. I missed the work outs but more importantly I missed not being in shape. I gained my COVID-19 lbs and want it gone. I'm back at the gym now after putting it off for months... Oh what a feeling to actually make a stand for yourself and your health (mental and physical). Put your foot down and make a stand. The sooner the happier.
