Came to Nick with debilitating siatica pain from Piriformis syndrome and a hip imbalance. Was unable to stand longer than 5min on my first visit. First session I saw a 30% improvement. And saw similar jumps in improvement over the next 4 sessions. Nick is the real deal and I will be back whenever my body needs to get back on track to recovery.

If you are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable personal trainer to help guide you on your fitness journey even if your just starting out then this is the place. Nick and Helen are great trainers with the expertise to help individuals of all fitness levels from novices to elite athletes. I met Nick over 10 years ago and through his instruction and programming I fixed all of my nagging back issues, muscle imbalances, and took my strength and conditioning to a whole new level. I enjoy the comradery training with other like minded individuals who are more goal oriented and focused than your average gym goer. I love it here!

Workout programs designed specifically for me that address weaknesses and overall strength development. Thanks to the excellent coaches who work closely with you during each workout I now properly perform most everyday tasks and have improved performance in my sport. Knowing how and why you are performing an exercise helps me focus better and drive results. Coaches know when to push and when to hold you back.

It took me over 20 year to willingly want to enter a gym after I got injured as a college athlete from improper weight training. At RUFP I have a tailored lifting program to address my strength needs, I am told WHY I am actually doing the exercise, how it will help me, and what muscle should be working. This gym has equipment that I have never used/seen before in other gyms. I highly recommend this gym and the skilled trainers. I actually find lifting fun now, especially when you see results!

I can't recommend RUFP enough. As a chiropractor, I can appreciate the attention to detail that Nick, Tyler and Helen all use in their assessment and programming. This is MUCH MORE than a gym of personal trainers counting your reps. They are constantly walking around answering questions, helping with form, and helping you achieve your goals. The environment in the gym is positive and everyone in there is willing to push and motivate you to become better.

I hate working out and have a weird work schedule but Nick and the guys make it worthwhile for the drive in. My wife has lost 40 lbs and lost 15. I feel safe with the workout and the staff's help/oversight. I have never had luck or commitment at a gym. This works well for me.

If there was anyone who needed training help surely it wasn’t me. I’d graduated with a degree in Exercise Science, tutored Anatomy and Physiology, worked as a personal trainer, did 20 pullups as verified by a Marine challenge at Summerfest and was about to go to medical school. Yet recognizing that I still had gaps in my knowledge I decided to give Nick a chance, and am very glad that I did. No matter what our knowledge, there is always more we can learn and I sure learned a lot from Nick and his staff. Moreover, there are things one can read or know of, but simply isn’t aware of when training themselves. I received many cues and subtle adjustments that made a world of difference in my performance and most likely strength training longevity. I came in with a lot of minor injuries or issues that likely could have been prevented had I received such guidance early on in my training. As someone who worked as a personal trainer at a regular, big gym I can assure you that the quality of trainers in the industry is as wide as Ronnie Coleman’s lats (ie there is a huge inconsistency in talent). Nick is a Ronnie Coleman to all the Pee-wee Herman’s out there.
