I have been a member of Neenah Fire for over 4 years. The clients and coaches are so incredibly supportive and encouraging. I have struggled in the past to stay consistent in my workouts. Since joining Fire, I actually look forward to my gym time vs. dreading it! The workouts are challenging, but you are part of a community of people that help make them fun! I love going to Fire. It has helped me improve my workout consistency because I am able to modify the workouts to account for my bad knees. Coaches push the appropriate amount. 30 minutes flies because you are always moving from station to station.

Neenah Fire Fitness is great.
I have never been a gym person until I started at Fire last year. In fact I let my physical fitness slip for several years but once I started attending daily camps at Fire I fell in love. 30 minute camps led by great coaches who have pushed me at the right times and helped me stay on track when I needed it most.

I’m a mom of 4 kids and I need to be healthy to keep up with them. I have learned that I’m best motivated to reach my health goals when I’m around other people. This is why I’ve been at fire for almost 5 years and I love it.
I used to try and work out on my own… I learned very quickly that I just didn’t work as hard when it’s up to me. Plus I had been going to some other gyms but the coaches there did not do much to correct my form and it made me nervous to injure myself.
Because of my kids and work, I don’t have a ton of time. This is why I love getting only 30 intense minutes of workout in my day and then it’s OVER.
The best part of FIRE was how welcomed I felt with my very first workout. It was intimidating to walk into a room with people who really knew what they were doing, but everybody went out of their way to welcome everyone of all different types of fitness levels and ages. The people there are what inspire me and make me want to work out! The coaches there are phenomenal- They go out of their way to correct my form, encourage me, and sometimes scare me just enough to try something new! 😉
I noticed within my first few weeks that I’m so much stronger when it comes to picking up my youngest when he’s having a temper tantrum. Now I just want to be strong to go the long haul in life. I’m moving into year 45 and feeling strong because of this amazing place!

Best motivation out there! Who knew you could laugh while sweating your tooshie off. I've seen results I never thought could happen! I have worked out at home and other gyms but nothing modulated me to be consistent like FIRE. I've seen some amazing results in the past year and a half. The support from not just the coaches but other members is what makes me want to go back!

I joined Fire Fitness about a year ago and it has transformed my outlook on exercise and fitness. I had tried going to a gym without coaching, and working out at home with an app, and completely lost motivation and desire to stick with any program. The coaches and clientele base at Fire are so inspiring and help me to push through my work outs and maintain motivation to show up consistently in order to get the results I am looking for. This program is amazing for individuals of all abilities!

I am so glad I joined FIRE fitness at the beginning of the year. It is a great workout and everyday is a different camp, which is so awesome. The people and coaches are great and it is so much fun to workout. I can't believe the change I have seen in my body in the first few months. I would recommend anybody to come and try a 30 minute workout and see how awesome it is.

Setting goals and building relationships.
A 30 minute workout that allows you to work on yourself either by individually or within a group. You start by talking with an experienced coach, then set goals for 90 days and beyond. It’s not easy but if it was would you actually want to join and stay? I appreciate the people I have met and the people who push me, I enjoy the challenge personally. Ask yourself what are you worth? Do you need a push or to “workout” I can say in confidence about going to Fire, this place is a no judgement zone! Enjoy yourself and enjoy the new you.

I've been a member for about 7 months now and my wife and I love this gym. The workouts vary greatly keeping things interesting but they are always challenging and pushing you to get more out of yourself. The coaches/staff are very friendly and helpful, making the choice to join easy. They have many different class time offerings that will fit most any schedule. I highly recommend if you want the most efficient use of your time and money to make progress on your fitness goals to stop in and try a class.

Amazing experience from beginning to end, a killer half our wod that killed my shoulders and back. Coach was amazing, super motivated and never let me quit, pushing the last bit of effort out of me.
