FIRE fitness camp Seymour is such a great atmosphere to work out in! The coaches are knowledgable, encouraging, and energetic. The workouts are tough, but there are always options to scale to your ability level, so don't worry about that! The community is welcoming and supportive, and I cannot overstate how much fun it is to get a great sweat going and push yourself with the encouragement of everyone around you. So excited to continue to meet new people and build positive relationships here!

This facility has a lot to offer. Their coaches are very encouraging. The camps average 30 minutes per day and caters to all shapes/sizes and conditions. Come give it a try; all you have to lose, is sweat.

Great place to work on your fitness goals. The coaches are very supportive and encouraging and the members cheer each other on. Their are modifications for any exercise and all are welcome!

FIRE Fitness Seymour is one of the best gyms in the Green Bay/Fox Valley area! All the coaches push you while adjusting to those that need modifications based on certain physical limitations.

The atmosphere when walking into the gym is always positive and upbeat. I always feel 100% better after a workout here even if I had to drag myself to come that day. Not only do the coaches push you, but the clients as well are cheering you on to get that one last rep or push through those last couple minutes of the workout! The 30 minute sweat sessions are perfect, you go hard and you can fit it in your schedule without spending hours at the gym getting a good pump in.

Side note: The GM & coaches are knowledgeable on the proteins & supplements supplied at the gym and can tailor them to your specific nutrition goals. It helped me pick out certain supplements that I had questions about or looked into a different product that I may not have know of.

I'd recommend checking out FFCS to anyone that looking to either start going to the gym or needs a change in order to achieve the results they are looking for themselves through exercise and nutrition. It's an awesome facility with great staff, owners, and of course, the people!

This gym pushes you, you don't have to be competitive. When you step into FIRE Fitness regardless of your abilities or limitations there is something for everyone. It is wonderful to be around positive like minded coaches and members that just want you to succeed in whatever capacity that is for you. It's the atmosphere that makes the difference.

Each workout takes 30 minutes, find the time not the excuse. There is no better investment than self care and being around good people.

FIRE sets itself apart by having fantastic, motivating coaches. The templates and workouts are always changing so you never get bored. You don't have to worry about your body type here or even have any knowledge of fitness. Everything is set up; all you have to do is walk in the door and give it your best! Your goals are your goals and FIRE helps set you up for the long term! This gym changed by life by giving me confidence and making a huge change in my health. It's not about numbers on the scale- it is about how you feel!

I have been going to Fire Fitness for 4 months now. The staff and coaches are great and everyone is supportive. Everyone shares a mindset of getting healthy and strong while supporting each other. I have lost 5% body fat and gotten significantly stronger. I tried to get in better shape on my own for years with no success. Fire has helped me overcome that hurdle! I recommend to any and all.

My first workout in forever and I showed up on leg day with an extra 8 minute intensive workout at the end. Totally kicked my butt, and had to tap out a few times but managed to get back in every time with the constant motivation from the instructor and even the fellow participants! Had a great time and felt great at the end!

This place is a must! I have never had a workout like the ones I get here. Whether it is a camp with Leo the motivator or Max pushing me to do more weight each set, you will always walk away feeling 100x better. The gym is always clean and you will always feel welcomed. There is no judging and everyone is there for the same reason....to get healthy and have fun!
