I came across this gym by accident, and I’m so happy I did! Having a gym with a large variety of equipment was not what I expected in a small community, and I’m beyond grateful Flex Appeal Fitness is here! Being open 24/7 is a huge plus. Danielle was kind, helpful, and got back to me quickly! The communication was excellent and welcoming. You don’t get one on one conversations with the owners like that with big chain gyms. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for starting this gym! I’m in love with it!

Great gym! Danielle shows she truly cares for her customers and their safety! Wonderful selection of equipment, supplements, retail items! All rules and expectations are very reasonable. Very open, plenty of space, and clean! Truly a great business for Galesville! Highly recommend joining and price is super reasonable!

The gym owner is very rude to her customers me and my friends got yelled at for things that we didnt even do and when we tried to tell her she didnt care and kept yelling at us. She also dosnt keep the place very clean there is what looks like crushed candy on some of the ten pound plates we asked her to clean them she responded saying that she would but its still there that was over a month ago. There is also not alot of things to do in the gym if ur looking to lift consistently. Also i wanna know how you own a gym and ur still relatively large?

Called in a few months back - just late on the review. The person I talked to, name Danielle, was super rude. Not sure if she was having a bad day or wha...Anyways. Hire NICE people if you want a business to be successful. Don't have time for the rude, obnoxious snots that get hired. I went elsewhere

Wow. I have been receiving personal training at Flex Appeal for over a year and I a completely person. Back pain is gone, I have increased strength and people are telling me I look great. Next thing I am going to do is to talk with my doctor about getting off Cholesterol and BP meds.
