We had our two daughters birthday parties there over the weekend, and I was so impressed with the whole experience. Haley called twice leading up to the party to go over details and make sure all my questions were answered. Not many companies care that much these days to take the time to ensure a great experience. The day of party went so great! The three coaches that were there made the time so fun for the kids! They all had a blast, and were a sweaty mess from all the activities they did with them! I can't recommend Flex enough!

Can't say enough positive about this place! Our kids love it! The coaches are always so patient and helpful! Our one son is highly adhd and his coach handles him like a pro! They have leotards on-site so it's fun to gift your daughters with new leotards when leveling up or just out if the blue!

Since the owners built their “new gymnasium” the prices have almost tripled….. pulled our daughter out of their program , I wouldn’t suggest this program to anyone. Very disappointed

Flex is a quality gymnastics club that focuses on safety, fun, and developing character, strength, and flexibility in young athletes! All my children started at Flex with parent and toddler classes and two have continued through recreational gymnastics and are now enjoying the competitive team. I love that coaches challenge my children to become better gymnasts, but I love even more how they are helping them develop important skills such as dedication, teamwork, discipline, and patience.

The owner is a former competitive gymnast and understands the importance of a good foundation and basic skill quality even for beginners. Building stronger bodies and learning how to do safe gymnastics (while having FUN) is of the utmost importance at this club! This is a family run and owned gymnastics club and it really feels like a second family for my children. The children in our community are lucky to have such a high-quality gymnastics program in our area! The confidence, strength and character my children are building is due, in part, to Flex gymnastics!

Our daughter lives for gymnastics and loves the community of the club. She goes three days a week and literally counts down the days on her off days. She loves the coaches! She would go every day if she could.

I saw someone mentioned elevated prices in their reviews ans they clearly haven't been involved in gymnastics for very long. The prices are more than reasonable--actually quite a bit less than what we were used to paying.

Both of my daughters trained at Flex for years. Not only did they learn critical skills to grow in their gymnastics ability but they learned the invaluable character traits like perseverance, hard work, and dedication. Both absolutely loved it! Our daughter has been with flex since the spring of 2021 and competes. Team has been wonderful and beyond skills, the relationships with teammates and building confidence is a top priority. Our son has taken ninja classes, tumbling and even had his birthday party here. Both kids have attended camps and clinics. We have been highly satisfied.

The staff are friendly, calling the children by their names and greeting them with excitement and positivity.

We love Flex Gymnastics my daughter has been in flex for year! She loves it! All the coaches are amazing! It's like a second home! My daughter competes on the Xcel Bronze team. The coaches do very well with working with each child on skills. Cassie is amazing with communicating with the parents about everything. Helps explain things every step. My daughter has been going to flex for 3 years and absolutely loves it! She is on traveling team for Flex and has made so many new friendships with other gymnasts and the coaches. The coaches are well trained and do well with the little ones. The owner, Cassie is an amazing lady to work with. I've been a gymnastics mom now for over 10 years, and this club wins, hands down. Most clubs focus only on physical training. Flex develops gymnasts holistically. They work on character, sportsmanship, and determination.

Cassie, the owner and head coach, spent her life as a competitive gymnast and understands the importance of mental grit in gymnastics. This is the first club that we've had emphasize this, and it's critical for young athletes.

Beyond that, the facility is new and clean, the coaching staff is warm and personable, and everyone is treated like family.

We went there for a birthday party today and the facility is great! The staff was amazing with all of the kids (including mine, who was very shy and was a little timid to participate). My niece takes classes here and absolutely loves it. I may even sign my son up for classes in the future. Great place, and I highly recommend.

My daughter just recently started here and is loving it. They constantly check their skills and move them up to the next class when they are ready. Classes are 4-5 weeks for each session. Cost is average from everywhere else I have looked into. Younger aged classes are taught by older students.

I'm giving this place a rating of 3 because I'm very unsure about it yet. I have no other places to compare it to but my daughter has been in it for a couple months now. From what I can see, there isn't much feedback going on as my child is performing her lessons. There are young adults that teach the class. I wonder how much knowledge they have or what exactly qualifies them. Paying $16 per 55 minute class my daughter is standing around for a majority of the time as the other girls are taking their turn. I'm not sure of kid/trainer ratios.
