Canceled my contract a year ago. Just saw that they charged my bank account last month.

Be aware, the lack of communication is a real issue with this business.

Best fitness gym in Germantown and the local area. Good free weights and good cardio machines....

Needed to cancel membership as I moved. Owner does not respond via phone, email, or letter to cancel. The gym itself is very unkempt. The bathroom is not cleaned, the carpet is extremely dirty, and anything that breaks stays that way. It was okay when I joined a few years ago and I wanted to support a small business but the owner obviously stopped caring at some point.

"Email is my preferred communication." Yet he can't be bothered to answer an email.
Also, the equipment is getting dated. Lots of equipment could use some TLC by the owner.

Great gym 24/7 access is convenient, Greg the owner has been life changing to my health on teaching my son and I on our workouts and has been a blessing on my path to getting my body back in shape. Thanks Greg !!!!

After over 2 months of no response to call voicemail and notes left on the desk they still are charging me for a membership that isn’t used impossible to cancel because no one responds to you your stuck in a never ending loop of charges with no escape don’t go to this gym.

The gym is in a convenient location if you are in Germantown. However, I have been trying to renew my membership for the past 5 months and have been ignored. If I did something wrong while I was a member I was not notified. Long story short is that if you need help regarding a membership good luck.

It’s cheap and 24/7 access which is very alluring and convenient, but it’s very hard to get ahold of the owner. There is hardly any staff there to answer phones or emails, so renewing memberships or canceling can be hard, not to mention you basically rely on other members to clean up after themselves which doesn’t happen all the time. I have had my texts, calls and e-mails ignored since October of 2023 trying to renew but to no avail. If it’s something I did, I don’t know because no one gives an answer. Long story short, you pay for what you get, and there are better gyms in the area with better customer service.

24/7 access; very nice owner & staff; and a plethora of (cardio + strength) machines & freeweight gear, for all your workout needs. A very well maintained facility with plenty of room.

If work/life doesn't get in the way, I try to frequent GTF, exclusively, about 4 days a week, as my sole gym membership in the area.

Greg doesn’t know how to run a gym, we got a guest pass and payed someone for it because the worker said it, but dumb greg said no one said that even tho we sent him a screen shot of the messages, so he canceled our memberships. FIRE HIM

Called and talked to a lady and made an appointment to come to the store and talk to her/look over the place. She said ring the doorbell or knock on the door when you get here. I get there and proceed to knock on the door, while an older man just stares at me. I ring the doorbell 3 or 4 times. No answer. Then I call the phone number 2 more times just to have no one answer. I stood at the door for 5 minutes then proceeded to get in my car and leave. Place is a joke.

Just signed up. Not a bad set up for the price. They have all the equipment you need. Plenty of open space for doing circuit work. It's a little hard to find. Its in the strip mall with Sendiks. The sign just says "Fitness" in red letters. I would call a head of time to set up an appointment to sign up. It's 24/7 and they don't require a long term contract.👍
