Im on my weight loss journey. I had my first class today. And although I got my butt kicked and didn't make it through the whole 45 minute class I am so proud of myself for making it 30 minutes. I worked with Kate and had an awesome experience. She was compassionate and motivating. I didn't feel out of place and can't wait for future classes.

I've been going to Get Fit 45 for almost 2 years now, and I can't say enough about the gym or the trainers. I came here because they offered both morning and afternoon/evening classes that fit my crazy schedule, and without the structure of a class, I'll just wander around a gym and quit as soon as it gets remotely challenging. Both Kate and Nick (trainers) are service-oriented, knowledgeable, and will work with you to achieve your fitness goals - or help you create fitness goals if you're just getting started.

Really well equipped for being a more intimate style gym. I did a training session with Nick and it was great. He really took the time to understand my fitness goals and pushed me just hard enough without me getting discouraged. Would absolutely recommend this gym for anyone serious about getting in shape.
