I absolutely love it! The swim instructors are dedicated to helping your child(ren) swim and even provide 1:1 extra support if needed. It’s safe, clean, and puts my mind at ease knowing my child is in great hands. The coaches provide feedback after each lesson to help your child(ren) improve. They also have family nights and are very festive!

Both of my kids (7 and 8 years old) couldn’t swim a bit and now can, with good form, after 3 weeks of lessons. The pool is kept at a warm 92 degrees Fahrenheit, so no one shivers.
The entire facility is well maintained and clean. The blow dryers, swimsuit dryers, and private dressing rooms are a nice touch.
Open swim if offered for $5 per kid (one adult for each kid at no extra charge) for an hour on Sunday. Two lifeguards on duty during open swim.
Swim classes involve 4 kids of similar ability per instructor.

Both of my children have taken swimming classes at the Bayshore location for over 2 years. They absolutely Love it!
We, as parents love how professional the staff are. My children improved their swimming skills a lot here, they now are part of the swim team. The facility is always clean. The price is affordable, it's not super pricey. The staff are very friendly. They host swim meets once in a while and my kiddos enjoy it! They give ribbons & pizza at the end of the competition. I signed my granddaughter up for class and she is learning at a fast pace. The staff is amazing, the school is always cleaned, the swim teacher are to kind to the kids, they have the kids trust so fast, that helps the kids to learn more comfortable. We just love gold fish. We absolutely love our Goldfish experience at the Bayshore location! After enrolling two of our children *with a fear of swimming* into the program last year, we have had a summer full of independent swimming at our local pool! We’ve continued lessons to work on skill, independence and confidence and the swim instructors are top notch. We are enrolling our third child in swimming this week and can’t wait to see what progress she makes. 10/10 would recommend.

I'd love to give this places 6 stars because the format and space are outstanding. They work so well with such a huge range of kids and experience and it has been nothing short of perfect. If you're on the fence about swim lessons just say yes to Goldfish. The swim suit dryer is amazing takes seconds to make them prepared to take home with no mess.

Our 8 month old just started goldfish swim two months ago and we absolutely love it! Just within a short period of time she had learned to love the water! Our instructors are so friendly, classes are a quick 30 mins, and we feel like we are already establishing a great foundation for our little one when it comes to swim skills and water safety. Fantastic experience for infant/ toddler swim class. Teachers are very attentive, welcoming and helpful in getting the kids acclimated with the water. Both of my boys, 4 and 6 love Goldfish. We've been doing lessons on and off since they were babies. It's helped develop their love of the water as well as knowledge of how to be safe around water. My 6 year old progressed 3 levels this spring and both boys can swim under water now. It's great peace of mind when we go to pools and beaches knowing they are developing this skill set.

Goldfish in Bayshore is the best. My son struggled to learn how to swim as he was very scared. The instructors showed compassion and he was able to trust them on the first day. He moved up skill levels fairly quick. My son loves swimming now and is not scared of water. Thank you GF Bayshore.

Okay, but not my favorite place due to several factors. My three year old son nearly drowned during one class, their spring break jump start camp was not advertised well at all and they charged another card on file at 9:30 at night AFTER I explicitly asked them to not use it and provided another card over the phone, which they ALSO proceeded to charge another $100 to... My son has done well here so far, but the negatives are starting to outweigh the positives and I’ll likely not use them too often..pricing, staff and center cleanliness are pros, but again, my son nearly drowned during one lesson with no one watching him.

*After speaking with staff over the phone about the issues I’ve faced, I’m willing to give them 4/5 stars, on account of their ability to acknowledge their mistakes and their ability to take accountability for past issues. I would like to say, Kendall has been nothing short of amazing for my son and his confidence in the water, so shoutout to her. I appreciate the center’s responsiveness, ability to take accountability and the way they helped to right the wrongs I experienced.*

I really appreciate how flexible they are in terms of scheduling. With a toddlers sometimes we just cant make it last minute and we really appreciate how easy it is to reschedule and make up classes. My 3 year old improved a lot in just a summer and we would come back again when we are in town.

So far it's gone SWIMMINGLY, which says a lot considering how reserved and easily overwhelmed my toddler can be. I have to give credit to ms. Naima, as her skillful engagement of my child is undoubtedly a huge factor in why my kid is excited to show up for every lesson. We've done gymnastics and dance before, but only with this place as my daughter started picking out her swimsuit the night before because she is looking forward to the lesson.

I do have a suggestion. I see most of trainer's faces smile at the kids which I find it awesome, but there is one or two that don't. For whatever reason please have them smile at kiddos at all times. My son asks me all the time if his teacher is upset. Thank you for reply.

The Goldfish Swim School at Bayshore has been a game changer in our household! We have had such a great experience so far with Goldfish all around. The facilities are well kept, comfortable, and we’ll thought out. The way that the transitions in between classes are run makes getting in and out so smooth. Swim classes used to be a hassle for us and now we all look forward to them. Lastly, the staff have all be so amazing, friendly, and helpful. I love getting personal updates after each class. We can’t believe how fast our oldest has progressed through the program because they’ve turned something that used to be a chore into something fun and enticing!
