Wasn’t sure exactly where I wanted to book an Iron Fitting, so I took a shot and tried GolfTec. I made the right decision. Jacob was the coach who worked with me and he was excellent. We tried 7 different types of the newest irons in the game, experimented with different shafts and grips as well. I was surprised with how competitive their prices were and ended up getting the New Ping G440’s. Clubs arrived 15 days after my fitting. Great experience for me and I would highly recommend.

Jacob and the team at GOLFTEC are INCREDIBLE at their craft! I’ve personally had lessons out at the range AND inside their Mequon locations!

Jacob has helped immensely with my driver (fitting it as well as finding a proper pathway to hit it most effectively)

Very impressed! I added 40 yards to my irons 😳😂 I came in as an inconsistent golfer with my irons, wanting a new set and walked out hitting so consistent with only 3 tips, trying 6 different iron/shaft combos and ordered a new set of irons! Ask for Quentin, super nice guy to work with. Thanks man!!!

The swing evaluation is a scam. If you are a beginner looking to learn how to swing avoid this place at all costs. You will take a few swings and then spend the majority of the time hearing what you will be taught if you sign up for lessons. You are paying $125 to listen to a sales pitch — not to learn how to swing. Wish they mentioned this before I signed up. What a hoax.

If you are a beginner, this is not the place for you.

Private lessons some time ago. expensive, but they do have all the toys you could ever need. The app and video is all great, if you already know how to golf and just need fine tuning. If you are a beginner looking for a foundation, NOT the place for you.

Take a couple group lessons or something, don't spend 11, 12, 1300 bucks on a set of lessons. You'll get more bang for your buck.

Honestly, i felt like the kid had no idea how to work with new players. He just kept focusing on head movement workout ever looking at the stance and base. Teach me about my shoulders and neck AMF, but never my knees and hips. Without that base knowledge, all the other stuff was fluff.

I will say that now that I've corrected my stance issues, the things about shoulders and head movement make a lot more sense. They are good at what they do, as long as you already know what they are talking about, if that makes sense.

I had a top notch experience with Ryan at GolfTec in Mequon. I’m a beginner golfer and he did a great job explaining the basics of the swing and explaining the whys of the mechanics of a good swing. He was personable, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. Even though I’m a beginner, he made some changes to my grip and stance that had a huge impact on my accuracy, which gives me confidence to stick with this game going forward.

I’m a believer in the GolfTec system as well, seeing yourself on video and having your swing analyzed and telestrated is a powerful tool for trying to get your body to affect the change it needs to in order to get a good swing. Having all of the video and explanation on the app is great for review between lessons too.

I did a swing evaluation and a 5 lesson package and my enjoyment of the game is at an all time high. I’ll be back.

Covid note: all instructors and all of the customers I saw were wearing masks, and there are high ceilings and plenty of space in there. I never felt that I was at any undue risk.
