Green Bay Elite has been an absolute nightmare to work with. They violated their own policies by charging us on the 15th of the month, instead of the 1st as stated in their policy, and billed us for December even after we gave proper notice that we were leaving. On top of that, they overcharged us for classes, billed us for a competition the team never even attended, and charged us for a half-season team despite their policy stating “double teamers” would not be charged.

To make matters worse, we paid over $1,000 for additional practice wears, competition uniforms, and makeup sets that were never delivered. Despite repeated attempts to resolve these issues, we received no refunds or proper explanations.

Communication with this program is also a disaster. Although they claim email is required, staff explicitly told us, “PLEASE TEXT ME (I am not a good emailer).” After that, all communication had to be done via text or in person, creating more confusion and stress.

This place does not honor its own policies, lacks professionalism, and does not prioritize families or children. Save yourself the headache and your money—do not send your kids here.

We have been part of the Green Bay Elite Family for 4 years, my daughter started with tumbling lessons and moved to competitive teams. She has grown so much in her self confidence and is pushed each day to be the best athlete and person she can be. My two "littles" have been welcomed into the family attending open gyms, playdates, and other camps. We have been with GBE for multiple years now. Starting with my older daughter and shortly after my younger daughter joined in the fun. This gym has been nothing short of amazing for our family. There’s not enough words to describe how AMAZING this gym is. My daughter was just shy of 2yrs old and she’s now 5! The coaches and owner are phenomenal and are so personable. GBE has taken my daughter and turned her into an athlete! The coaches are AMAZING with her and they know what they are doing. The staff is super personable. It’s almost like a family feeling when you walk in. My daughter has east made lots of friends and was accepted into the clan right away.

Coaches here are excellent, but if you ever decide to take your kids to another gym, beware, the owner will literally call and try to use her influence in the area to keep your children from going somewhere else. Beware!

So much more than cheer!! Not only have my kids gained a substantial amount of skill within this gym from the highest level of coaching around, they have gained confidence, life lessons, and friendships that are like family. We were part of GBE for 3 seasons and then took a season off. My daughter is now looking to get back into cheer and she decided on a different gym for the season. We thought we still had friends at GBE and were supportive of them even when we werent apart of the gym. She wanted to sign up for their 'Summer Pass' program, where you take classes and work on skills. After learning that my daughter was placed on another team at the other gym, they refused to let my daughter participate in the summer pass and REFUSE to refund me. They knew she was trying out for another gym when we signed up and everything was fine. Now they are stating there is a policy against letting other athletes do summer pass and said all fees paid to GBE are nonrefundable.
If we aren't able to do their classes because THEY said no after taking my money...it is only right to give me my money back!!! I guess now I see the real side of people running this gym and will not return nor will we support our friends that are part of teams there.

My oldest daughter started at 4 years old and she has learned so much and gained some amazing friends that we now call family!
