We are a functional fitness / weightlifting facility. We offer small group classes for any fitness level and will modify for each individual. We have a great community of members and terrific coaches, Along with offering classes we have personal training and nutrition coaching. If you can not commit to a class or prefer to work out alone we also offer a 24/7 membership so that you can access the gym when you have the time. Come give us a try, we can help your reach whatever goals you may have. All our coaches are very knowledgeable and want to help you become a healthier stronger you.

Been a member of Grid for probably about 6 months now and I love it! The coaches are great and so are the other members. They really make you feel like you are part of the family! Great support from all!

I drop in when I can and always feel welcome like part of a family! Terri and all of the coaches are super knowledgeable and do a great job balancing pushing me to perform and keeping my lifting technique on point. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to improve their health, no matter what their level of fitness - they can make it work for you!

I've been coming here for almost 2 years now and it feels like 10 because of hiw close and accepting everyone is, a true gym family. I've made significant improvement in my lifting through woding and barbell club with brandon not to mention my overall fitness level has drastically improved! If you want a reasonably priced crossfit gym with great people and awesome workouts, come here!

Been coming to this box for the past 3 years and couldn't think of going anywhere else. My fitness level has done a total 180 and can't believe what I have accomplished and able to do now. The members and trainers are outstanding and motivating. Terri (owner/coach) is very knowledgeable and passionate at what she does. Everyone is encouraging yet at the same time pushes you. The programming is amazing and is constantly varied. We have all walks of life in this box and everything can be scaled/modified to your fitness level. There is no intimidation or judgment here and that was huge for me when starting CrossFit. The box is clean and has lots of space. If your ready to put in the work and want to start a new fun and exciting fitness journey come to GRID!

If you are looking for knowledgeable, attentive, and motivating trainers, small class sizes with a 'team building' feel, then GRID is it. The people are amazing, and trainers Terri and Bryan are some of the best. They always make you feel comfortable and know how to push you according to your own abilities.
