We had a birthday party for our twin boys and we were so impressed. We had never been to Gymfinity and found it via an internet search - I am so glad we chose to book here! The staff took care of everything - helping the kiddos in the gym area, making sure everyone got to take turns, setting up the party room, serving food, even getting the kids all wrangled for a photo! They even cleaned up after the kids all ate. Took ALL of the work and stress off of the parents!!! We even had other parents who dropped their kids off mention how smooth everything was and how nice it was that the gym offered parties! Most importantly, the birthday boys said it was the best birthday ever - that's a win in my book! All in all, we were so pleased and definitely will be recommending Gymfinity to others!

We hosted a birthday party at Gymfinity for our kiddo yesterday. The pros: Organized (Gymfinity clearly has experience & a system that works), kids can be dropped off or play with minimal parental supervision, the activities are all ones that my kiddo loves, staff helped in the room passing out cake and cleaning up.

Where we were disappointed: We ended up having 19 kiddos and there was a lot of waiting in line for them. This is difficult for 4yo/5yos and I could tell many of them were getting antsy. For what we paid, I would've wanted the kiddos to be able to do more with the time given. A parent I know had done a birthday party at another gymnastics gym and it was more of an open play format, which I incorrectly assumed. I should have asked more questions, but I also don't feel it is clear on the website or in the communications that the kids would be chaperoned from activity to activity as a group. I would have capped our party at 10 kids if I had known, even though the max for a party is 15 kids.

I understand safety is a priority/value for Gymfinity, so a suggestion I would make is hiring two more staff for the gym time (one to oversee the trampolines, one for the obstacle course, two for the inflatable) and allowing the kids to move freely from one activity to another.

I took my grandson and nieces to Open Gym today and they had so much fun! They are all in town from out of state for the holidays and they felt at home in the gym. Coach Gabby did a great job going over the rules before and then helped them find fun activities when they weren’t sure what to do. From the time we walked into the gym, everyone was so friendly! The gym was clean and I loved that I could sit in the lobby and see the whole gym!! It was a really fun day!!

An amazing birthday party experience for our 7-year old (and 24 of her closest friends lol)! Our first time at Gymfinity and we had no idea the level to which they provide such high quality service. Ang and Erin took great care of the kids during gym time and were also so helpful passing out food and cleaning up after. Great place for birthday parties! We hosted our son's 7th birthday party at Gymfinity last week. He is our youngest of three kids, so we have a bit of experience with different kid birthday party options. I can honestly say that Gymfinity is among the best in the area. They kids had a blast. Most importantly, they provided a couple coaches who worked with the kids through the activities. They kept all the kids together, and made sure all the kids were included and having fun. Plus, they helped us with some of the logistics in the party room--like handing out cake and pizza. They even helped carry stuff to the car. If you are looking for a fun, unique, stress-free kid party, you can't do better.

Our daughter has gone to Bummer Free Summer Camp both this year and last year. Its has been wonderful for her as she is a highly sensory seeking child. They do so many well organized field trips every week to keep the kids busy. The counselors, coaches, and office staff are kind, helpful and responsive. Our daughter can also be highly sensitive and hard on herself, so we appreciate all the support the staff has given her so she has a fun time. She has done tumbling and trampoline here as well and has come so far in her skills! We highly recommend Gymfinity!

The staff at Gymfinity, under J's direction, is incredible. They are knowledgeable, safety conscious, and friendly. I have sent dancers to Gymfinity for years and I am always impressed with the skills they come back to dance class with and I'm always glad to hear how much they enjoy their time at Gymfinity. My daughter has loved going here for the past 18 months. The instructors are great, friendly, and provide good feedback to help her succeed. They are the reason I'm giving this place 3 stars and not 1.

The other 2 stars, however, were lost due to the poor policies they have you sign, and then enforce with an iron fist. Primarily, their make-up and cancelation policies. They were seemingly designed for the company's protection more than for the customer's benefit, as they provide no refunds and no credits, and in order to schedule a make-up you'll need to meet exact criteria: call on the phone before the absence (not after), wait for them to call back to reschedule, don't miss the reschedule or you forfeit the tuition, don't ask for leeway or you'll be rudely reminded you signed the policy when you enrolled that says this is how they do it. We've also had to drive there in the snow (we live 30 minutes away) only to find it was closed without any notification in email or text, and then find out there are no make-ups for snow days even though you paid for the tuition. All-in-all, they get a 5 out of 5 stars for the service they provide, and a 1 out of 5 stars for their customer service and value, taking how many classes we paid for and couldn't use.

As a suggestion, I think if they were to maybe offer up to 5 no-questions-asked refunds/credits per year for absences, that would be much more fair. Give some more leeway on notifying of the need for a make-up and maybe provide a way to get on a wait list or reschedule down the road on your own for a make-up somehow. Stop quoting policy (ask anyone in customer service, customers hate that) and instead offer solutions and provide your front desk staff with autonomy to find solutions (if they don't already have it and just don't use it).

I get it, absences and make-ups can throw off the flow of classes for both student and teacher; but also understand that we're talking about children with other activities and lives outside of this place. Absences are going to happen. It seems as though, if you truly wanted these kids to succeed, you'd work to ensure they're getting as much from you as they can in the form of getting all of the lessons from each of your course levels.

Update: Note the condescending response, insisting they emailed us on 12/22/22 when they did not. Their Xmas break started 12/23, and we were making up a missed class. This incident was when we started talking about dropping classes. They gave us grief about not making up days when they are closed, and they don't do refunds. I guess we made the right decision here.

Gymfinity is hands down the best gymnastics facility around. There are so many choices in classes and levels. My daughters have both attended Gymfinity and have loved it! One daughter was very ambitious and was on the Xcel team for a couple of years, while my other daughter just wanted to take trampoline classes! I even worked there for a few years and enjoyed my time there. The staff is very knowledgable and seems to have a great time with the kids. I have enjoyed watching kids start out in Tykes and move all the way up to Team kids! I highly recommend this gym for any families who are looking to get their kids involved in gymnastics!

I called multiple times for nearly 3 days and it was taking me directly to the voicemail. I left my phone number in order to let them call me back as said. They never did and then when they finally picked up my phone call after multiple attempts I asked if I could do my flips because I didn’t want to loose it. And with that cold weather we can’t really do something outside otherwise I wouldn’t even call them. They literally said NO. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
If you want a safe environment for the kids, separate them from adults it is just that simple.

This was our first time. I was not thrilled about the policy of children being barefoot in a carpeted environment, especially after kids made repeated trips back and forth to the restrooms barefooted. Some of the devices seem to be homemade with exposed lumber (particularly the foam pit).

The coaches are super nice, funny, loving, encouraging and inspiring. sometimes they are strict with the older kids, but it's because they love us, and want us to get places in the future!
