We believe we are the best non-traditional gym and fitness center in Kenosha. We specialize in helping individuals who don't feel comfortable or who just don't like a traditional gym setting. We realize that every health journey is different, so different individuals have different needs. Our programs are designed to give you the guidance and accountability that you need in order to reach your ultimate health and fitness goals. We help clients with nutrition and lifestyle habits, with personal training for any specific physical needs, as well as a variety of class options such as CrossFit, Bootcamp, Pilates, Yoga and Mobility. Whatever your long-term health and fitness goals are, we will help you get their effectively and sustainably.

I started going to this gym about a month ago, and I already love it. The staff are friendly ,and members are kind and supportive. I am not very strong yet and can’t do what others can, but the coach encourages me to go at my own pace,which I really appreciate. I hope to get stronger in the next couple of months. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and motivating fitness environment.

This place changed my life! I have never been able to workout consistently my whole life . I would start something, a new program and it would last for a few months then I would quit . But Harbor Park is more of a community. I felt welcomed and encouraged. When I wanted to quit I would hear some cheering me on. I never saw myself being a person to do crossfit. Harbor park crossfit most definitely changed my mind. I've been a member for just over a year and I absolutely Love it. They have awesome coaches who help you and constantly encourage you. The workouts are great for those of all different skill levels and vary day to day. The community is absolutely amazing, truly the best fitfam. It's my home away from home.

The coaches at Harbor Park really know their stuff. My shoulder started bothering me a few months ago. The trainers immediately gave me scaling options to continue my normal workouts without making my shoulder worse. And Dustin gave me therapy band exercises to do to help as well. I love that instead of telling me to just push through it, they gave me options to not make it worse, and provided movements to make my shoulder stronger so that I can use it like normal again soon.

Absolutely love this place! The coaches are amazing and the members are awesome! You truly are part of an amazing community when you join. I've never been an active or fit person and was so scared to try it out but from the minute I walked through the door I felt so welcome. No matter your age or fitness level you will do amazing here. I started going to Harbor Park about four years ago, because I wanted to improve my overall fitness as I moved into my "senior" years. I was afraid that I would stick out as weak and out of shape. Everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable. The coaches are all knowledgeable and fun to be with. They challenge you , but don't make you do anything you can't do. At first my ego told me that I should be doing what the 30- year- olds were doing, but soon I learned the power of proper scaling. This is a great place to workout. I dropped in for a CF class and was immediately greeted by a member (Mark), who introduced himself and told me what to expect. I have been a member at Harbor Park Health & Fitness Gym since August 2022. Joining this gym was one of the best decisions I have made since I retired from teaching in 2013. I was having shoulder issues and sciatica issues, both issues have resolved since I started taking classes at HPH&F. The instructors are knowledgeable, caring, and very helpful when working with members. The smaller classes makes for better individualization of workouts to help each of us gain the most success in our participation. I highly recommend HPH&F for anyone who is interested in improving their physical abilities, strength, and flexibility. There is a wonderful atmosphere of support and caring at this gym - as well as fun!

This is an amazing gym. CrossFit can be for everyone (I'm proof) but with Harbor Park you also get yoga, pilates, mobility, and boot camp options. They have private sessions too!

This is the best, most welcoming gym in town! I feel like they should be named Cheers. 😊 (like the 80's TV show) People know your name and welcome you every time you come in by your name. I joined this gym at the invitation of a colleague this past summer. Immediately I was welcomed into the fold by coaches Jason, Dustin, and the entire Harbor Park staff! I was new to CrossFit (but a long time runner), and Coach Dustin in particular was patient, encouraging, and always ready to share a laugh as I learned the system. He is such an excellent teacher for the Olympic lifts and other technique-heavy exercises. I can always trust that I will get a great workout, learn excellent technique, and meet my fitness goals.

Also, I love how inter-generational and welcoming the community is. I love working out with such lovely people of all ages and experience levels. It’s such a friendly and environment. So glad I found HPCF!!

This is the best gym experience I have ever had, literally boutique level. I have done personal training and am a member of the Health Collective. The Health Collective is perfect for people like me starting their fitness journey but there are classes for people of all skill levels and fitness goals..

The coaches are the best part. They lead your workout, teach you what to do, and make sure you do it safely. They make sure to modify workouts to your fitness level and work around injuries. Their focus on functional fitness has drastically improved my everyday mobility and ability to function at work.

The culture of the gym is super positive, friendly and healthy. Some of the things I have learned at Harbor Park are that you don't need fancy equipment to workout, a workout doesn't need to take hours (about 45 mins) and that fitness can actually be fun. There is a real community here.

To top it off they have some pretty cool tech. Your class schedule and registrations are all controlled via an easy to use app. They have a cardio function analysis machine and even a dexascanner to find your body fat content, lean mass and more.

I was skeptical at first thinking how can 30-45min boot camp workout give me the results I was looking for? I was instantly blown away! This is no longer just a CrossFit gym but the new owners have done an incredible job incorporating so much more. Yoga, Pilates, boot camps to name a few!

I've tried all of Kenosha's camps, bootcamps, crossfits... this by far is my absolute FAVORITE! This is my safe place. A place where I can get an INCREDIBLE workout, have fun and NEVER feel judged. I think the programs offered here at HPC are so very well structured and did I mention fun!?! They are not spilling out a bunch of direction like most bootcamps I know and expecting you to follow thru. They take you step bye step and stay with you thru the entire process encouraging you along the way. I feel as if I am a part of a team and as comfortable as when I'm with my own family.

I can go on for days but my recommendation would be to give this place a try! It is motivating when someone has the confidence in you that you can do it when you might not think you can. It's worth every PENNY! They really are and AMAZING group that work hard with you to help you see the results you need.

I wish I could tell you about the actual workout experience I had at this place. I went here like three times trying to workout and each time one of the employees or a co-owner gave me the runaround. I had to schedule an appointment for a sales pitch before I could even do a drop in or get a quote for monthly membership. The sales pitch was like an hour and the saleswoman just asked me really in-depth, uncomfortable questions about fairly private things.
I never ended up working out here because the barriers to entry were just so high. Speaking of high, the place costs about $50 a month more than the nearest other box. They have more classes during the week, but aside from that I don’t see a reason it should be nearly 40% more expensive.
I now live basically nextdoor to the place and haven’t gone back. I just had such a negative experience with the owner that I don’t think I could work out here regularly. Things could change though, right? Hopefully your experience is different.

I am a 44 year old man. CrossFit wasn't around when I was younger. If you are a manly man and you wanted to get in shape you went to the gym and you ran on a treadmill, you did bench presses and curls and if you are a weird one maybe you did some squats. I was one of those who constantly poopooed CrossFit. All I knew about CrossFit was a bunch of people screaming like morons and hanging from the ceiling. I couldn't have been more wrong. Harbor Park CrossFit has completely changed my life. And at 44 years old that is pretty significant. But Harbor Park CrossFit isn't just about getting in better physical shape. Harbor Park CrossFit is about community and family. Everybody here is around to help you succeed. Everybody is happy to see each other .... everybody cheers everyone on, everyday. A workout is it over until the last person is finished. The cost is more than you would spend at a traditional gym. But a traditional gym doesn't give you personalized coaching. They don't give you 10 different classes a day to choose from. They don't provide you with that sense of family and sense of community. I'd rather spend more and come to a gym where I know I'm getting a great workout then go to some other gym and stand around for an hour waiting for a machine to open up or stand around for an hour not knowing exactly what to do. I couldn't give a higher recommendation for Harbor Park CrossFit. I wish I had found it earlier in my life.

Because of the community and the approach that HPCF displays has kept me accountable and committed. I love the flexibility of classes. The option of skills day and Pilates! Harbor Park Crossfit is by far the best CrossFit facility around. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They just know their stuff. The way the workouts are structured sets you up for success. Warm up, movement prep, cool down. All in all the programming is great as well. You see all 3 of the owners all the time and they are in it with you! Both Kenosha and Racine gyms are well set up and clean and organized. They have a ton of events and the community is something I have never experienced! So positive and fun! I will never go anywhere else!

As someone who HATES working out and going to the gym, I LOVE Harbor Park! The coaches, the community, the variety all makes it such a wonderful environment. From the minute you walk in you are welcomed with open arms. The support and connection you get from this group of people is absolutely incredible. Dropped in while visiting the area. The gym is an impressive physical space, and the people were super friendly and welcoming. The coaches were great, and I thought it was really unique that they had two coaches for the class I was in (showed a dedication to teaching proper technique, and scaling appropriately). Would really recommend, and will drop in here again if I have the chance.

Dropped in to the Racine location while on vacation. Everyone was very welcoming and the coaches were great! The equipment and facility were well taken care of, and most importantly the workout was challenging and the coach took the time to break down the workout properly and add some strategy insights. Harbor Park CrossFit is, simply put, a great place to sweat.

Located inside what once was the Peter Pirsch firetruck assembly shop, the space is urban and edgy, with exposed brick and beam. But with much care and hard work, the Harbor Park CrossFit team has covered the floor from wall to wall with rubber mats, and constructed enough rigging to keep even the biggest groups efficient and working hard.

But the star of this Harbor Park CrossFit location is the staff. Ownership and additional training staff are hands on, commanding a mastery of their programming, and are about the most welcoming bunch of individuals that I have met.

I highly recommend that you stop in to check this box out. If you're new to CrossFit, they have the programming and expertise to get you started. If you're experienced and goal oriented, they will continue to help you every step of the way. 5 stars from me!

** BONUS: I also highly recommend this gym if you're a traveling CrossFitter. Just give Jason, Dave, or Corian a call, or check out their schedule online. I know that they'd love to host you, for a day or a week.

I'm still new, but I am blown away by the staff and facility. The coaches are incredibly professional, but they are undoubtedly approachable and patient.
Unlike other places, there is a group mentality that is focused on you being encouraged and you encouraging others. You don't have to be self-conscious to work out!
Additionally, you will learn so much about yourself.
I already love it here!

I hate working out. Hell, I'm still not even sure if I like CrossFit or not, but I like going to Harbor Park. I like the atmosphere, the coaches, everyone is really friendly and inviting. They route you on, even when you know you're not on your game. They have a secret members page on Facebook where they're always posting cool stuff. So if you don't go for a while, you totally feel like you're missing out. The coaches are all in great shape, and they compete, so they know what they're doing. Then there's the normal stuff like a nice facility, good location, good variety of hours for all kinds of schedules, and sometimes they have parties with food. That's actually what got me in the first time, an intro class and food. So if nothing else, come in on one of those days and check it out. It'll be hard not to sign up. ;)

I decided to check this place out after hearing about it from three separate sources within 2 days, and I definitely don't regret it! I'd never done crossfit a day in my life before coming here, and all four coaches have been extremely patient and encouraging while helping me figure out the ropes. They're incredibly knowledgeable about not only crossfit but mobility as well, which I think is a huge bonus. Great, professional coaches paired with a very welcoming community - couldn't ask for anything better! Highly recommended!

I have been going to this gym since shortly after it opened. I have never been one to be self motivated when it comes to working out so I decided to try CrossFit at this gym. I have gone to multiple gyms before and signed up for expensive memberships to only have my membership card collect dust because I rarely used it. On the few occasions that I did use the other gyms I would convince myself that it was a good idea to leave after 20 minutes of being there. Harbor Park CrossFit starts new members off in the on-ramp classes to get the members familiar with warm-ups, various lift techniques and mobility to set them up for success. There is a new WOD (workout of the day) daily so you know what to expect and you do not have to try to figure out what to work on while you are there. I initially thought that CrossFit was intimidating. With all of the welcoming and friendly staff I no longer feel intimidated. The coaches at this gym are great and push you to be your best every day. There are multiple class times which work with many schedules and there are also open gym times. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a welcoming, flexible, clean and fun gym to reach your fitness goals!
