Hartland Movement Center isn’t your ordinary gym or fitness center. We offer a personalized approach to your wellness, and focus on achieving optimum performance for each client we serve. Our key areas of service include golf performance, indoor cycling and overall fitness. Backed by a team of dedicated, experienced trainers and movement strategists, we help you to improve your strength, endurance and overall performance within those key areas. Our certified trainers will guide you through modifications to prevent injury and optimize performance, all while helping you to meet your fitness goals. One-on-one training is also available that allows our trainers to provide unparalleled, personalized training that is specific to your needs.

I am so grateful that I found Hartland Movement Center. Aging is a journey, but working out twice a week with Mark Peters has given me confidence as I focus on balance, strength, agility, etc. Mark brings energy, humor, and patience to each session along with knowledge and focus. Anita and the entire staff make HMC user friendly. It’s a great place to workout.

I have osteoporosis and can’t take bone building medication because of previous cancer treatment. I have participated in the Movement Center’s Big O program (Onero) and am excited about early results and the prospect of stopping and reversing my osteoporosis. The people and trainers at this facility are nothing short of amazing miracle workers! Anita Krier is one of the most thoughtful caring people I have ever met in my life. I would not be walking the way i am without Anitas help through my knee replacement. The physical therapy people wouldn't listen, Anita not only got my whole left leg moving , it is moving properly now

I am 58 years old and haven't worked out a day in my life. After the "watching what I eat" diet was no longer working, and I was in tears about how I felt about myself, it was time to make some changes. My sister in law recommended that I see Mark and I am so happy I did! I love the unique, individualized program that is just for me. I haven't felt this good about myself in 30 years!!

Great place where quality is more important than quantity. I’ve been working with Aure for 6+ months in a small group setting (max group of six). Having a smaller group allows to Aure take the time to understand each person’s “profile” and with this knowledge can make slight modifications to exercises based on this profile to maximize impact for each person. The smaller size also allows Aure to focus on each individual’s form for each exercise. Aure openly shares his knowledge with us so we understand why’s of what we are doing. As a result, the work we have done has strengthened my core and upper body considerably, resulting in an improvement my cycling this year.
