My husband went to get us a year membership here. They told my husband, "WHY GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE IF YOUR WIFE DOESN'T LIKE WORKING OUT HERE!" We use to come there everyday. Last year we had one incident where someone told us we couldn't workout in a room that we always worked out in. We asked the lady at the front and she said we were allowed to workout in there. Again we worked out almost everyday besides our break days. So I'm shocked for behavior of the lady working today 1/27/25 @ 9:25am to be so rude. I hope whoever owns this knows that their employee talked us out of a year membership. Isn't your job to talk me into a membership not out of one! I was happy to get back on the wagon of being healthy. I can't believe how rude this lady was. I can't believe she talked us out of a membership. Shame on her! I would definitely go somewhere else where you are accepted and where the employees want you to be a member and help you to meet your goals. This is not that place.

I wanted so badly to like this gym as it was close to home and currently I can only use the gym when I go to work due to location. I did the month trial and after just a few sessions I knew I wouldn't be continuing after the month. The gym was never really crowded (went around 9pm) but Everytime I encountered four people who had set up a circuit on every lifting bench and cable machine making it next to impossible to get anything done. Then when they left they never put their bars, weights, ropes away and didn't wash down any machin. My second night there I was mocked by two people working out for how I was working out and for the first time in over a year felt self conscious. I went about 7 times in that month and was left underwhelmed and like I didn't get a good workout in each time. The equipment itself was in great condition for its age but I did sort of feel like there could be some upgrades and more movable benches.

I've been working out with Health and Fitness headquarters since May 2023. It's made a huge difference in my life. I was reluctant to join at first. However, June one of the trainers did a great job getting me started off on the "right foot"! 😀

The facility has a nice selection of equipment, weights, treadmills and bikes. The facility is open 24/7 which works great for me considering the busy schedule that I keep.

If I had to comment on what is the best part of HFH, I would have to say it is the people that work there and the members who are always friendly and willing to help when I ask.

Terrific work-out facility. Everything you need for resistance training, cardio etc and Lots of extras for a smallish (but not too small) local place. Free coffee, shakes (not free) and snacks. As a frequent vacationer in the area, I really appreciate the fully stocked restroom and shower facilities. They supply shampoos, soap etc. You just need a fresh pair of clothes. A reasonable daily, weekly or monthly fee and it's all yours. Other add on amenities available as well.

Visited friends for the July 4 holiday and was glad I found HFH. Clean, spacious facility with a great selection of machines and equipment. Day rate very affordable with weekly option available. Will definitely be back on my next visit to the Waupaca area.

Joined in December 2021, Facility is so clean, well equipped and maintained. the staff is very professional and kind. Never really crowded, could not be more satisfied with this place. The big Sauna is great.

I was told that if I ever moved more than 30 miles away that they would refund my membership money that I paid in full.., 6 months into my membership I moved more than 30 miles away. When asked if they would refund my money the owner declined. That's a horrible way to treat good paying customers.

Old school metal weights and plenty of them. Machines aren't the newest, but in excellent condition with good variety. Matt/class area is small but adequate. There is a large branded station that has A LOT of uses. Great deal on summer season pass too.
