I love this Yoga studio, the energetic sculpt and tone classes are my favorites! The encouragement from the teachers is amazing, and you’re always greeted with a smile when you walk in! This is the only place I’ve ever been so consistent with working out!

We own a house in Fontana and I started going to Heatwave when they opened. It has enhanced my time at the lake so much. Fitness is very much a part of my life and having a fitness community was something that lacked for me when at the lake. I love the workouts, the great instructors and the lively studio. Yesterday I tried a new class, Fuse, which was amazing! I plan to continue to support this business when I am lucky enough to get to spend time in Lake Geneva.

Went for my first class this morning, it was the sculpt class with Nellie. She was absolutely amazing, so helpful, encouraging, and caring! Offered modifications when needed & talked me through everything. I’ll definitely be back on a regular basis.

A few of my girlfriends & I scheduled to go to a 9am class. One woke up with food poisoning and called to try to explain- could not get her money back or reschedule because it was less than 12 hours in advance- per policy. I’m going to take responsibility on my end and say I live over 60 minutes away, left at 7:40 to be on time and got stuck behind a snow plow doing 30mph in a 55 zone for over 15 miles. When I & our other friend arrived we were at the door at 9:02am to which we saw it was locked and we would not be let in (because it had snowed I was hoping for some wiggle room at 120 seconds late). I understand the late policy, and being late was ultimately on us so we were not refunded or able to reschedule. I was going to just take the $25 loss and move on. Until I got a $10 no show fee charged to my card. In what world does it make sense to lock the door & charge a no show fee when the class fee is already no refundable when you miss a class? I did show up, I tried to get in, I walked away understanding I was 2 minutes late and wouldn’t get my money back. I understand not being refunded because that spot could have potentially been given to someone who was on time but I do not understand a no show fee on top of keeping my class fee. Had I been there 2 minutes earlier or someone else had taken that spot and been on time there would be no $10 regardless. I understand it is the policy but it is a policy created with very poor taste.

An incredible studio! The teachers have great energy and offer plenty of modifications, making it accessible if you're new to yoga and challenging if you are growing your practice. I really loved practicing here.

I went to the Flow yoga and it was a fabulous class. You will not be disappointed. And the cold washcloth on my forehead at the end of the session was the cherry 🍒 on top!
