I’ve been practicing Pilates with Lindsay for 8ish months, and the results have been amazing! Not only am I stronger and more flexible, but I’ve also lost weight and noticed that my thighs no longer wear out my jeans. While I still have goals to reach, Lindsay has been incredibly supportive from the very beginning. She met me where I was and has helped me progress every step of the way. I’m excited to continue this journey with her!

I love the vibe, the classes, the personalized attention on form and all things about these classes. My physical health is better and more surprisingly so is my mental health. I feel more benefits from this than I ever did in my first love of Yoga. I highly recommend trying the classes out, you'll be hooked! Lindsay is amazing at what she does.

Lindsey is always careful to make sure her clients don't injure themselves in her equipment classes. She has her heart in the right place and is a good healer! I have been told by another practitioner that my spine is 'collapsing.' (I am 70!) I am doing Pilates to help lengthen my spine. People have lengthened their spine by as much as two inches! Pilates affects me on all levels and I feel the effects for days!. It is said that "after 10 sessions you feel a difference, after 20 sessions you see a difference, and after 30 you have a new body! For me and my situation, Pilates is a necessity! I feel so much stronger and healthier and younger!

Lindsay is such a gifted teacher! Being a Hometown Pilates client has made a big impact on my posture and overall core strength. I never considered myself a "Pilates person" but now I look forward to each session ... and the great feeling of strength and well-being I leave with each time!
