I LOVE this place. I’ve been part of I2 Fitness for almost a year, and I couldn’t be more grateful to have found such a supportive and welcoming community. Former fit gal getting back into exercise.
I signed up for the six-week program after years of barely going to the gym and getting diagnosed with POTS this year.
The trainers I worked with (Mark, Andy, and Michelle) were fantastic helping me adapt my workouts as I tried to navigate my diagnosis and get stronger.
And get stronger I did. I couldn't lift much of anything for weighted exercises, and I slowed down my group during group challenges. By the end of 6 weeks I was no longer worried about slowing down my friends, and I'm able to do physical tasks at work without losing my breath or ability to stand. This was so important to me. I'm able to lift double what I could initially regarding my arm strength, and my technique hs improved immensely.
Everyone who also trains there is nice and just friendly enough; if you're down for a chat/want to cheer each other on, they're down. You just want to focus and pump it out? They're cool with it too. Really great people to work on your goals with all around, whether it's getting fitter, stronger, eating better, and/or weight loss. Also, sometimes you even get to have a puppy say hello to you!
I wanted to post this review because I unfortunately won't be around right now due to trying to balance school and work, but want to encourage and promote this great atmosphere.

Love this place! Love the community!! Amazing owners with huge hearts and tons of passion!! I am so grateful for their confidence and everything they are committing to help me get back to where I want to be!! If I have questions or need advice any one of the coaches are happy to help. They push you further in workouts than you would normally. I’ve gained so much confidence since coming here. This is exactly what I needed in a gym!! When I woke up yesterday morning, I had no idea that I would be playing a vigorous game of ping-pong with a 32-year-old buff fitness instructor! But that is exactly what happened to me. I met Mark for the first time yesterday and I look forward to meeting with him again and his staff for my first class next week. Besides the welcoming atmosphere, the set up of their gym and everyone’s enthusiasm, I really appreciated how Mark focused on my specific needs and goals. I've really enjoyed the high spirits and accountability that the coaches tanner and Mark showed. I am from Minnesota and had to use the online platform. The first try I had some miss communication and in response Mark offered to have me try another program. The exercise are all levels friendly and different each week. Which for me and my need for variety to keep me from getting bored is super important. I will say that I needed to reach out frequently to get adaptable exercises because I didn't have the equipment that was being used in the videos. So if you are doing the online program I highly suggest asking the equipment needs and getting adaptations figured out in advanced. 🙏🏼☺️🙏🏼 I look forward to working with I2 FITNESS AGAIN.

Whenever I think of getting my weight reduced, the biggest issues were not being consistent and not feeling motivated to do exercises. But, my coaches Tanner, Michael and Mark are excellent at giving me appropriate suggestions, good diet plan and answering my questions. I love the way they were trying to customize things for me which in return made me do exercises quite regularly. They had a great impact on my routine and my way of thinking about fitness. The end result was my succesful completion of Madison half marathon of 15 miles at -7 degree celsius in one and half hour. I really appreciate their commitment to help their client's be healthier and happier.

What I love about this experience is they challenge me mentally and physically. They really listen to my worries and help me develop a more positive mindset and outlook on my well being. I’m the only person responsible for me. So far I’ve lost 15 lbs in about 21 days. A huge win for me. They are setting me up for long term success and goals that are achievable. Along they way we have a lot of laughter and fun! If I could bundle up Mark and my Coach Michael and take them on the road everyday I would. They also understand when your body gets weary and you just need a break to rest. Which invites me to comeback the next day ready to get it! I’m super excited about my group The Crushers! Also, jus had a wonderful call with Mark. Very supportive as well. I actually feel heard when talking to these coached. Mark Is always there to answer questions, even if you don't have a full membership, which is great. I recommend the challenge if you just need a start and a proper way to track. The rest of the group is great too!! Couple of times workouts didn't quite work, others offered their own alternatives to assist! I don't feel stuck or bored here. I feel like I can still do other lifts/cardio if I'm jus not feeling it.

As someone who lives an hour away from the gym, I really appreciate the app they set me up with. Andy was picked as my coach, and we got started by talking about my fitness and health goals. Workouts are personalized for me with those goals in mind. I also highly recommend any fitness challenges that might pop up. Having this gym available virtually is much better than having to make the treck to the gym every day! It's so easy to follow the workouts from home. I managed to lose over 10 pounds in 21 days. I struggled to follow the nutrition plan, but I still found great success! My coach (Jeff) was very supportive and a very positive force to help me find success. I have never been genuinely cared about in any of the weight loss/fitness programs that I have joined over the years. I had Jeff and Mark as my coaches and they were super supportive and helpful! I tried another program similar to this before and it seemed like as soon as the company got my money and sent out a few workout videos, they forgot that I existed.
Not the case at all with Mark and Jeff. I was having some personal issues and they were both there for me. I had knee issues - they taught me a few different things to do until my knee was better.

Solid team over here at I2 fitness! Signed up for their free 6 week challenge and quickly lost 10lbs and 3.5% body fat. Trainers are super cool and the group workouts are surprisingly enjoyable and motivating.
Even after the 6 week program I decided to stay on for another 12 to even further my fitness goals.

This is a place you will look forward to attending. Somewhere that you will feel like it is a home away from home. I have been a member to multiple gyms in my lifetime. Here, they treat you like family. Your fellow gym mates will notice when you are not there, they will ask about your vacation or how you are feeling. The comradery is definitely felt. I found this gym surfing my social media. I have multiple health problems due to injuries and family history. My medical team said I would not be able to work out due to my spine. Let me tell you this gym has helped me tremendously. My strength and mobility has improved, I wake up feeling great and I look forward to working out. My gym mates have different goals but mine has been achieved during my 21 day challenge which was to feel my absolute best. Wake up feeling rested. Go through my day with focus and eliminate fatigue along with increased mobility and reduced pain. All of this has been achieved in as long as something takes to make a habit, 21 days. Now I am coming up on my 2 month anniversary with I2 next week Thursday. Where did the time go!?! I highly recommend this gym. They have personal training, group training with a personal training touch, an assigned coached, meal plan and a cookbook. This is not just a gym its a community of high energy, caring and positive people that all want to see you win!

Tanner was a great trainer! Workouts were not overly hard, but challenged me to strive to do my best at doing them correctly. Meal plans allowed for making choices based on preferences and were not overly hard to follow. Accountability, support, and encouragement were all there with trainer check-ins and online group with fellow participants. Great recipes were provided, which I loved what I tried so far. In two weeks, I've gone from a mainly sedentary person to working out almost every day. The exercise itself has made me feel like I weigh much less than I do....lol.. All in all, a great experience I've enjoyed so far. I would recommend it to others.

I started a 21-day program with i2 Fitness as a trail period to see if I could feel better and get into shape and wow, I was amazed at how well put together of a program they have. I went from tired, sluggish and overweight to I am feeling energized, I feel full, and I’m fitting into my old close.
The program is so laid out for you, they leave no room for error. The availability and one on one ( I live out of state ) is fantastic. The staff’s motivation and determination for you to get the results you want is above and beyond what I could have asked for.
The part I loved the most is their willingness to help you no matter what your situation is (they are a business yes ) but I had a problem occur and I wasn’t treated like a business deal. I was treated like I mattered, and they would find a way to make things work out and they did. They didn’t have to go above and beyond, but they chose too. Its like having a supportive family have your back because they genuinely care about your health and success.

It doesn’t matter what life throws at me during the years, I always end up coming back to I2 Fitness! Issues finding your routine, what to eat, how to do exercises correct for your body? The coaches here take you and not only get to know you, but you become family! Every coach really does care! Workouts are flexible in person or online, early morning or evening workouts are available. This is great for any schedule! And if something doesn’t work, they find a way!! I love this place and highly recommend to anyone making changes and who want to have fun and be pushed in the correct way, without feeling inadequate! And if you do feel inadequate, the coaches take the time to help you and find out what you need to help you become successful.

I like the setup of this program. You have programmed workouts, nutrition suggestions, and you get that motivation from your coach. Lately, I have been struggling to lose weight because I was going about it in the wrong way, wanting results right away, but having that coach and mentor there to support you has made the difference. Since being in the 21 day challenge I have lost 10 pounds and have seen about 2 inches come off my stomach and now I'm proceeding to do the 12 weeks and am excited to see the transformation at the end. This program has helped me and it can help you too if you put the effort in an stick with it. It is well worth it.

I followed their meal plan, recipes, and fitness plan and so far lost 13lbs of fat in 10 days!!! I am a mom of 3, full time student, and Recovery Coach part time. Almost 3 years ago I had an emergency c-section that had drastically changed my body and how I saw myself so I took a leap and I am so unbelievably grateful that I did. the Facebook ad said free so I signed up. then get a call, he talked me in to the 21 day challenge for 200$ then I had to buy 220 dollars in natural supplements. So down 420 for this 21 day challenge. You get an app that tells you what work outs to do. (But you can download the same kind of thing for free with a meal plan.) Plus your suppose to send in your weight daily and post a sweaty selfie. Which I didn't and never got called out for it or had to do extra exercises. It's been 2 weeks and so far I don't think it's worth it. Told the owners of my thoughts on the workout and app. Told them it wasn't for me and they were super understanding. I think it would be more beneficial if I could go to the gym

What enticed me the most is how knowledgeable they are about fitness and nutrition, how encouraging they are, and how confident they are in knowing they can help you. I was always afraid to join a gym for fear I wouldn’t be able to keep up especially with having joint issues. Best part is you don’t have to! Your fitness program is tailored to fit your needs, your fitness level, and all exercises can be modified so you still get the benefits of a full workout. I have been with I2 for almost 4 months and have lost weight, become stronger, and I have the gained back my confidence. Since I don’t live close, I stay connected by having regular zoom meetings with my coach, and I have the convenience of working out in my own home. I started a 21 day program with i2 Fitness and here I am at day 15 crushing my goals. I've already reached my goal weight. I feel less exhausted, and I am starting to fit into my pre pregnancy clothes again.
I set my own goals, and they created my meal plan/workouts to achieve this. Everything has been virtual and 100% achievable at my house.
Like most people, I told myself I didn't have time to work out. Unlike most people, I had a two-year-old climbing on me during planks and a four-month-old starring at me doing jump squats. No excuses, right ? 🙂
This program was the perfect start for me in continuing MY postpartum journey. It's eye opening in understanding portion sizes and how to be active using your body weight. I would highly recommend if you need that extra push right now. Plus-- Alex, Mark, and Andy have been great resources and easy to work with.

I'm a total newbie to combining exercise & nutrition and they have been very patient with me and very supportive of me every step of the way! My coach is really good about getting back to me on questions within 24hrs, unless it's a weekend, and even then he generally checks in on me once each day on the weekends.
I haven't been able to spend much time on their Facebook group page, but whenever I check in, everyone there is very supportive! They are willing to work with you and help you every step of the way!
I originally signed up for a 21 day fitness challenge and I have now signed up for much longer so that I can learn everything I need to maintain the awesome progress I have made in the 1st 2 weeks! I can't wait for Covid to go away so that I might be able to meet them in person someday! I feel like we are all one big family! I feel like we are all one big family!
