After going to Impact Fitness for over 5 months, I can confidently say it had changed my life and my fiancée’s for the better. We have been able to make significant strides towards our health goals and have felt supported and guided by Impact the entire way through. I want to give a specific shoutout to our trainer Nikki. She has been amazing to work with and always brings an uplifting attitude and customized/challenging (but very comprehensive) workouts. I would recommend Impact Fitness to anyone looking to start on their health journey, regardless of your previous experience level.

I started my fitness journey with Impact Fitness Studio one year ago. Josh, Mike, and all of the trainers have been so positive and dedicated to helping me reach my goals and maximize my effort. They design workouts that challenge me in ways that I would not do on my own. I have seen results in my body physically, mentally, emotionally that I would never have expected being in my late 40’s. It is filled with a supportive community that drives me to work hard and have fun. I highly recommend Impact Fitness Studio to anyone who is looking to get started on their fitness transformation, all the way to the high level athlete who is looking to push their performance to the next level, and everyone in between. I am so excited to see what the next year at IFS has in store for me!

The trainers at Impact Fitness helped me focus on my health after having my third baby. I had the motivation to start working out again & all the trainers were so encouraging. I've personally worked with Josh (owner), Lauren, Nikki, Caleigh, and Mike and I only have good things to say about every single one of them. They all take the time to show you proper form, check in with you during the workout, and push you to continue to get stronger. I would recommend Impact Fitness to anyone who is serious about taking charge of their health.

I cannot think of any feedback that is even remotely not positive. Josh, Kyle, Lauren, and Mike have improved my quality of life in ways I did not even expect. I have some medical and physical challenges and the team is always supportive and caring. They truly care about you and help you celebrate the big and small successes. One of my biggest challenges was daily vertigo, dizziness, and nausea. This was also my biggest quality of life improvement. I had no idea that strengthening my core would give me so much more control over my daily stability. In 4 months I have lost weight, dropped clothing sizes, reduced vertigo and daily nausea, I can get up and down off the floor to play with the kids easier, walking stairs does not affect me at all. My cholesterol numbers were cut more than half and all of my other labs are trending in the right direction. I sleep better, wake easier, and all around feel better. My friends at impact fitness have changed my life and I am excited to continue to feel stronger and better with each passing day. It has only been 4 months at 2x per week. Wow! I can already envision the difference in my life after another 4 months! Even the other clients are friendly without being intrusive or encroaching on your space. You can pay the low rates to join a big gym, be just another face in the crowd, get a generic routine, try to figure out the equipment yourself, and feel everyones’s eyes on you. And then just quit because you can’t figure it out, feel judged, or don’t see results. Or, you can spend a little more for custom workouts with variety, challenge, encouragement, feedback, metrics, and support. Feeling better, feeling healthier, feeling more confident, enjoying life, spending more time with loved ones doing all sorts of things you could not do before … that is priceless. Impact Fitness and the whole team has my sincerest gratitude!

I'm in my 3rd month at Impact Fitness and it has been nothing short of life changing. Losing weight is only one benefit. You will have more energy, be stronger, and generally feel better every day. If you can combine your workouts with a healthy diet, which Impact will help you with, you will see significant results in a short amount of time. The trainers are patient, but motivating. The workouts are purposeful and effective. I highly recommend Impact Fitness.

Impact Fitness Studio is so different than other gym experiences I've had. It's smaller, more intimate, and they have affordable prices...and I love that! This is the first place I've felt welcome, not judged, and actually wanted to push myself & keep going. The trainers (all of them: Josh, Kyle, Lauren, & Mike) are knowledgeable, friendly, motivating, and have great programming. Smaller groups & individualized sessions make working out less intimidating & lots of fun! I would definitely recommend it to ANYone, no matter their experience or fitness level. ❤️

The individualized training at Impact is different (in a good way) than any other training I’ve done. It had been years since I’d been to a gym so when I came into Impact for my first visit I felt a little scared (and even vulnerable) yet ready to be open so I could make healthy changes. Thankfully the all the trainers are nice, welcoming, and understanding. The first visit was a thorough assessment of what brought me to Impact and we refined my goals/expectations. I was so impressed and comfortable that I didn’t hesitate to start a program. My program is tailored to me incorporating any physical limitations and offering modifications on the spot. The trainers are willing to answer questions (which I ask a lot of questions) and they are great accountability partners. I saw results just after a few weeks. And I love my results after just a few months. Just as (or more) important as the physical changes, I’ve experienced mental improvements too. I have more confidence which has generated positive momentum in other areas of my life and generally add more fun to each day.

Impact Fitness Studio is an amazing facility, located in Oak Creek near Franklin, to get individualized personal training. All of the trainers are excellent to work with! They are committed to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals while providing instruction on proper form during exercise as well nutrition. The facility is always clean and there is a large variety of equipment to use. The trainers greet clients by name and are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure workouts are fun and engaging while tailored to your needs.

I have been going here for almost a year now and I only have great things to say about the trainers here. I started after being out for over a year with a herniated disc in my back and truthfully I was VERY nervous to start working out again. HAYDEN has been amazing at making sure I am doing the right things and in the right way. We started slow with just some minimal strength and stretching and now I am almost back to where I was before I got hurt. Hayden really does the research to make sure the workouts that she is making is what will help you get the results and still take into account any prior injuries so that you do not get hurt again.
The gym is very clean and inclusive. If you follow on your own with a great diet - you can achieve any results that you want.

I have had personal training before but this place is definitely worth the investment. I was able to sit down with Josh, explain to him about my goals especially after back surgery. He paired me up with an AWESOME trainer Hayden who not only helped to regain the strength I lost due to surgery, but we are now working on some personal goals that I have set for myself and I am losing weight that I have struggled for years to lose. I have been able to decrease my diabetes medication by half. I definitely recommend this place, especially if you are serious about becoming fit and reaching your weight loss goals. I can't say enough positive things about this place.

I have been working out at Impact Fitness for almost a year now and I am so happy I found this gym! I love how the workouts are personalized to me and work to meet my fitness needs and goals. My time spent there pushes me to work hard and focus on my overall health. It is a great atmosphere to work out in and the staff and trainers are amazing! I began my journey at Impact Fitness Studio right as everything had to shut down due to Covid 19. Hayden did a great job of getting me started via Zoom and making due with the limited equipment I had at home. She listened to my needs and understood and adapted to my limitations as I had had back surgery 5 months prior to starting. When I was able to come into the studio, she continued to work closely with my needs and has helped me regain, and now surpass my previous levels of strength.
All of the staff there are always friendly and helpful. The studio is clean and well taken care of.
As someone who was previously intimidated by ‘going to the gym’, I would highly recommend going there!!

I have been at Impact for three weeks now and it has been amazing! Hayden, Jessica and Josh are super motivating. The workouts definitely give me the push I need and it's awesome to have different workouts each day so I'm not getting bored with repetitive exercise. The facility is clean and each trainer gives you the attention you need to reach your goals.

Lost 10lbs in a few weeks by sticking to my workouts and eating plan. I've had gym memberships before but this is next level. I'm doing exercises I've never done let alone seen before. Amazing trainers and Josh makes sure to greet everyone by name when they come through those doors.

About two years ago I threw my shoulder out, went I to the doctor and I was given physical rehab. The rehab was very basic and did not solve the problem, just made it improve just enough. Fast forward a year. I wasn’t getting better, had no real knowledge of how or what to do. I signed up for some personal training sessions with Josh and within a month or two, the pain started to fade away. Now, I’m stronger without pain, more knowledgeable with working out and nutrition. I’d recommend this place to anyone!
