I saw Erik Bork at Integra for shoulder pain I had been experiencing as I hit serves in preparation for a tennis tournament. My pain had been so bad I thought I would have to serve underhand. After my 30 minute appointment with Erik (some massage, dry needling with stim, an adjustment, and a couple stretches), the knot causing my pain had already gone down and I was able to play the tournament with zero pain! It was miraculous! I can’t recommend Erik enough!

I have been seeing Erik Bork for about 6 years for tennis elbow, arthroscopic meniscus repair and now rotator cuff surgery rehab. I can’t say enough about his level of expertise, hands on approach and involvement with his clients! I’ve recommended Erik to several of my friends and they’ve all been extremely happy as well!

I have been going to Integra and Erik Bork for well over a dozen years to guide my recovery from two knee replacements and other ailments. I am sure there are other good physical therapists but if you don't want to settle and want absolutely great, you cannot come close to Erik and the many therapists he has nurtured over the years. Their holistic and hands-on approach, both figuratively and literally, is in a class of its own. Couple that with the team of trainers led by Jeff Konczal and whatever state you were in when you walked into Integra, you will be walking out each and every time feeling significantly better in mind and body. What a top notch, classy place!

Integra is absolutely the best PT experience I have ever had in my 65 plus years. I am a physician with a bad back issue making it difficult to walk.
My therapist Erik Bork has been unbelievably helpful in his assessment of my issues and developing a highly specialized treatment plan. He understands the body's biomechanics in a way I have never encountered before in my medical career let alone as a patient.
I can honestly say that I am now walking better than I have been for 3 decades because of the detailed exercises and stretching program he has developed for me. I can not recommend Erik and the Integra program enough.

Jeremiah is an excellent physical therapist. I had herniated disc surgery and was in excruciating and constant pain even after the surgery. My neurosurgeon referred me to Integra Physical Therapy. I believe that having physical therapy exercises to do was the reason for my recovery. Jeremiah was patient and listened to my needs and concerns. He gave me exercises to do that gradually strengthened my spine, core and legs. I am virtually pain free today and have resumed all daily activities in my life. I would highly recommend Jeremiah for physical therapy.

It will be hard to find better physical therapists than Dr. Jessica Herrmann and Dr. Jeremiah Weber. I had total labrum repair (among some other shoulder stuff) in October and was back to swinging a baseball bat full-speed in February. These two are not only phenomenal professionals, they are great people. This was the first big surgery and rehab for me and I am incredibly fortunate that I landed in their care.

I have been visiting Integra for almost two years. It is a warm and welcoming place with the most professional and courteous staff. You will always be warmly greeted at the front desk by someone on staff ready to listen and help you.

The gym and treatment rooms are always immaculately clean, the equipment is great and well maintained, and the space, locker rooms and treatment rooms are comfortable.

My regular therapist is Stephanie. She is knowledgeable, kind and the best therapist I've worked with. She does a great job evaluating and treating. I credit her process with keeping me from knee surgery. She has also helped me make great advances with an older injury (28 years ago) to my ankle.

If you're looking for a place that will encourage you to overcome an injury, increase your mobility or even lose weight and build muscle, I recommend Integra Physical Therapy.

The professionals at Integra Physical Therapy gave me my life back! After multiple back surgeries I had some work to do to get my back to close to normal. I did my due diligence and picked a physical therapy office I thought would work best for me. After months of therapy I was still miserable and uncomfortable with my progress. I had been doing everything I was supposed to and not making progress. After a brief conversation with my orthopedic doctor he got me in touch with Integra Physical Therapy. During my initial evaluation we set goals together and worked out a plan to meet those goals as a team. I did feel better initially but after a few months of therapy and revisiting the goals often; I finally feel great again. I believe it was the team effort and the constant revisiting of these goals that got me to where I feel better. They just have a different and caring way about getting you to cross that finish line. I am an aging athlete with a young son that is a very active wrestler. I wanted to improve my stability and strength so I can keep up with him for many years to come.

I was assessed by one of their physical therapists–Jeremiah. He shared his assessment with Gordon, my trainer. Combined with my own goals and the information shared, Gordon created a plan and has helped be reach my goals in a relatively short time. He has been absolutely fantastic.

Knowledgeable and friendly, Gordon has pushed me to reach my goals, and is now pushing me to add another goal. Something I definitely wasn't doing on my own.

The facility itself is very clean, and everyone from the employees to the other clients are extremely friendly. There are smiling faces everywhere. A very nice locker room and mini "snack" area.

I've received physical therapy at Integra from Erik. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable and encouraging. He provided important insights into my back pain that ultimately led to a successful surgery for a herniated disc. The pre-surgery therapy I received from him helped make the post-surgery therapy much easier. He dealt with other pt issues, for both my husband and me, in a similar professional and caring manner. I've been to many physical therapists over the last 40 years, and Erik is the best!

I have been to many PT places, but never one as good as Integra. If something isn't right, they know how to fix it. They also know when they can't fix it and make appropriate recommendations. I am also going to use them for my husband for Personal Training. I have friends who rave about their expertise in this area. He has had an Achilles problem in the past after exercising. i know that they will show him how to exercise and avoid flaring that old problem up once again.

Without a doubt,​ Integra offers the BEST Physical Therapy I've ever experienced​ and it is because of Integra's amazing.

My surgeon, Dr. Pennington suggested after my shoulder surgery I have my PT done at Integra. I had the good fortune of having Jeremiah as my trainer. Having worked​ with him I can attest to both his compassion and determination. Without him pushing me to be or do my best I would not have had the success I did.

They have 4 physical therapists. All 4 of those are board certified. Only 3% of physical therapists in the country are board certified and they have 4 at their office. I know this because I know one of the owners, but I find that amazing.

I've gone in there for physical therapy, and they take the time to really work with you 1-on-1 and really diagnose what the underlying cause is. I worked with Dr Erik Bork, and he is really smart, really nice, and is really friendly.

You can tell they really care about you. I've been in there a few times now, and when a customer or patient walks in, they are always greeted by first name and a smile. Really good atmosphere at their clinic.

Everyone here is enormously helpful and really friendly. They make you feel like you are part of the family. I am having Erik help me with range of motion in my hip, and he's been able to dial in the exact muscles and joints that need working on. He's given me some practical exercises I can do at home to make sure I get the results I'm looking for. I grew up as an athlete and knew how important it is to be in tune with my body, but Erik has such an in-depth knowledge of the human body, and was able to pin-point exactly where I needed treatment the most. I am very impressed, and would recommend anyone go get a consultation.

Excellent physical therapy. It's not just by-the-book treatment, it is customized to treat you as an individual. They think outside the box, which I really appreciate. I have seen Erik and Stef, and they consult on my treatment so I get continuity of care no matter who I see. I think their success is due to the fact they aren't just "treating" you, they want to see you live a pain-free, active lifestyle. I have been to other facilities in the past, and it is well worth the 40-minute drive one way to treat at Integra.

I have been in many places for therapy, but Integra is the best therapy place I have been in my life. All the Staff there are amazing and have excellent knowledge of treating people. They really want to help and make feel better. Staff there treat you as a family member. I have never been giving attention for my injury which I been suffering since 2016. However, Erik who is trainer and therapist was there to listen and help me get better. I have been working with Erik and he is professional and knows what he is doing. Erik is an amazing fabulous person before he is a trainer. If you have complicated situation trainers will collaborate with each other to help you get back to your best level. Highly recommend this place to visit even if you are not injured just to check on yourself and learn to prevent injuries from happening. you will not be disappointed.

Integra is an excellent facility for a few reasons; every single staff member is professional and knowledgeable, the entire facility is immaculate, the staff use modern tools but also stick to what's been proven to work.
