We have attended both yoga & Pilates classes at Ironwood. As Pilates “newbies” we felt we were in good hands with James. The yoga flow classes are conducted at a mindful pace & never feel rushed. We have enjoyed every teacher we have tried & have always been made to feel welcome.

My partner and I booked a Loving Kindness retreat at Ironwood in January. That weekend, there was a snow storm (schools closed, highway patrol discouraging travel, weather reporting blizzard and gale wind conditions). We realize that no one can help the weather, but we live hundreds of miles away. We notified the organizers as soon as we could that we would not be able to attend. Ironwood kept the $1000 registration fee, offering a 10% discount on a future retreat. I would not expect a full refund given the late cancellation notice and any up front costs for food, planning, etc. Nevertheless, I will never book with them again for a yoga class or retreat, discounted or not since I do not trust that my safety will be considered.

I had some down time while working in the area and showed up for a drop in hot yoga session and really really enjoyed it! Eleina was so welcoming. It was an all levels class and she did such a good job at making sure everybody was challenging themselves but also not being hard on themselves. I highly recommend and wish I could have gone more while in town.
