Instructors are very well educated with all Jazzercise classes and always upbeat. They are always keeping up with new dances, core routines plus strength that Jazzercise comes out with. Love and want to go to the classes. We have the best instructors.

Fun, engaging, and challenging workout...wait it's a 'dance'out because the aerobic and strength routines are choreographed to great music! A postitive and energizing hour of fitness with welcoming and inclusive people. Thirteen years ago, I entered the Jazzercise world and have never looked back. Always a great workout, and such a variety of formats - Strike, Fusion, Strength...Jazzercise has it all. The Delafield Center has wonderful instructors who encourage you to do your best, and show high and low impact options. Online classes are great too!! LOVE my Jazzercise!!
