My son loves the instructors, and they’ve done an amazing job keeping him engaged and motivated. We’ve seen big improvements in his focus, discipline, and life skills that go far beyond karate

My son has been going here for several months and loves it! He lacks confidence, and getting into Karate has helped him to become more confident. The instructors are very knowledgeable and are great at introducing new forms, combination of belts, and moves to each student at their pace.

My son and I have been going here for a little more than a year-and-a-half, so I've had plenty of opportunity to watch the kid's classes and participate as an adult. Miss Kohler and her staff of instructors do a fine job corralling kids of all ages while managing to provide practical instruction. I appreciate that the focus is on gradual, personal improvement and not chasing belts. I've noticed a definite change in my son's emotional IQ and discipline since he started, and Karate America responsible for helping him get there.

As an old(er) pudgy(er) dad myself, who sometimes struggles to find time/motivation to exercise, I like being able to share an activity with my son and have an excuse to pretend to be Under Siege Steven Seaga for a couple of hours each week (even though I probably act more like Sniper Special Ops Steven Seagal). But I get no judgment.

Recommended.

My kids have been coming to this karate school for about a year and they have loved it! The teachers are very nice and knowledgeable and help the kids. The new facilities are great and anyone interested in karate should check Karate America Sauk Prairie out!
