During a rec league soccer game, another team made loud racist remarks to me and a couple of my teammates. We reported the event to the front desk at Keva, but they immediately took the stance of "you have no proof, and we don't believe you" and swept it under the rug. I am a member who participates in more than one Keva league and do enjoy their facilities, but that experience really rubbed me the wrong way.

Had an excellent time watching my first soccer match with Giovanni my grandson he scored a goal and their team won 11-5 before any goal went in he saved 11 shots on goal. Had an awesome time and enjoyed a cold soda whilst I was there!!ππππ€π€π€ππππ«Άπ«Άπ«Ά

This indoor sports center in Wisconsin is a fantastic place to practice sports. However, the public water fountain hasnβt been working properly for quite some time, and it really needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

Extremely poor scheduling for indoor soccer. Combine leagues even when not necessary. This leaves elite level u12 teams playing low level u11 teams.
Easily could schedule better and more fairly so teams get something out of playing. Currently in a 10 team league, 8 teams u11, 2 are u12. But the u12 teams are top tier teams. They could play each other.
Itβs lazy scheduling and there is no common sense in scheduling.
With large amount of teams you could EASILY have teams self rate themselves, rec, middle tier, elite.
Then simply group games that way. Everyone would survive if they have to play a team 2x in a session.
This is NOT our first session playing here or first time having issues.
These poor choices on your end lead kids to BOT enjoy soccer, which is unacceptable.

Itβs a fun place to play a sport and socialize, but they are expensive. They run their staff into the ground with too much to do. Most refs arenβt too good, the outdoor lighting for night soccer is awful. But the fields are nice.

KEVA has a lot of events and is a very nice facility. It is well maintained and clean. The adult volleyball leagues are also good. They have sand volleyball in the summer. Great opportunities for teens to put teams together to play their favorite sports. As of 2023 they are planning a significant expansion.
The expansion is partly done (March 2024). The new building is up but I do not think it is open yet. The other turf field is up and running with lights.

Facilities are great, enough space for everyone. I only have experience in the volleyball leagues and member play. Volleyball league refs are not consistent. One week we have a great ref; making great calls, very communicative with the teams, scoring right and informing us how much time we have. Another week, a ref not being communicative. At the end of the day it is rec volleyball but we are paying a lot of money compared to other leagues in the madison area and there needs to be better consistency.

Money I didnβt have to waste. We drove 50 miles to go to the NYE celebration. It cost me $100 just to get in. Other then some over crowded bounce houses and a couple packed short shows there was nothing to do. At $10 a person maybe but this event was not worth $20 a person. I literally sat in line for 2 hours for a balloon animal. Finally got to our turn and my daughter asked for a dog and he said βyou donβt want a dog you want insert whateverβ did my 4 year old get over it sure but still 2 hrs give her the dang dog. ZERO staff doing anything. There where parents trashed sitting at the bar well their kids ran ramped. My 2 year old could do NOTHING because older kids where running around shoving each other just acting unruly. I brought my older kids as well and I understand that this event was boring but still. If there had been staff at the bounce houses or at the play equipment or really just anywhere our experience may have been very different. Seriously zero supervision. I went to this same event for nye 2018 at the terrace and it was a blast. Night and day difference. Save your money itβs not worth it.

Part of the fee for playing in the leagues I believe goes towards paying for tshirts for the winning teams - I was on two separate teams that won the league, and neither team got shirts. I noticed other leagues were getting their shirts a month or so later, so I followed up and asked about it, but every employee had a different reason as to why they weren't there. The funniest was "it was getting too competitive" lol... obvi it's just a shirt but disappointing nonetheless and the staff didn't know how to handle people asking about it.

You pay a thousand dollars per team for a league and after all they bring a referee who doesnβt know any rule in soccer and trying to make a new rules you have to look for professional people not somebody who is trying to give a βfoulβ for the team that he was favoritizing all the match because of as he said βa late goal kickβ this had never happened in soccerβs history.

Really great spot for a kid's birthday party. This was our first time throwing one and we felt in over our heads. The set up and staff guidance for the party made it a turn key solution. The kids had a great time and we were free to mingle with other parents. Excellent experience.

Volleyball member play is only given one court most of the time and is overrun with inexperienced Epic employees. The other courts are booked every member play time so don't expect to play at all unless you pay additional money. Volleyball leagues do not have refs a lot of the time even for the champion bracket. Not worth the money or drive.

Beautiful facilities but no one knows whatβs going on. Thereβs almost never anybody at the front desk. The volleyball refs all call different rules. One ref specifically will pick one team to hate on from the start & will call all of their faults, but no others. Very displeased with playing here & how the league is run.

A coach who claimed to have experience with Autistic kids, told me that my 9-year old autistic son was "too disruptive" to the class...this was after they combined the younger group with the older group which added to my son's sensory challenges.
And my 11-year old daughter quit volleyball after the fist class.

Love the facility and the field but Keva need to get rid of that 1 lady who works at the front desk because she didnβt treat my team nice and I believe sheβs like that with other people as well. My team decided not to rent the field anymore because of her negative attitude. But itβs a great place for gathering and enjoying!

Keva is good for sports, but if you're considering them for summer camp I'm not sure it will be a good fit. We spent thousands on summer camps in 2019 for 2 kids as did our friend for their son. Great experiences and field trips. Highly organized, but the "counselors" they hire are high school students who bullied them and said things to them I don't want to repeat. We reached out to the president & directors of the program. It was verbally handled and the kids still had problems with bullying afterward. They also have a strong "no cell phone use" policy, however the kids would say how they'd sit on other's phones. We send them to camp for structure, fun, and creativeness. Not to use technology. Hoping they've hired better staff. Total bummer. Had planned to enroll them again. Not after this experience. The man who was in charge of the adventure camps and was the driver, he was great.

Lyle Schaefer is the best tennis coach! My brother and I both took lessons from Lyle at Keva when we were in high school and now our nephew takes lessons from Lyle. Keva is spacious, clean, family-friendly and conveniently located. The Middleton and Madison area are very fortunate to have an entertainment building that hosts a variety of sports for people of all ages.

Really great place! A nice recreational center with plenty of space for both kids and adults! They have plenty of equipment and a concession stand too so participants don't have to be hungry. Also they have tv where they show sports games and locker rooms are generally well kept! Really enjoy the place and the staff
