We love Darby's at Liberty! Darby's Big Sisters are AMAZING! It's hard to tell them how much they mean during the in and out hustle on Saturdays but they are most certainly the biggest reason Aubrey continues to love coming to dance. We've been so lucky to see more than a few out in the community too, and every one of them has been just as delightful out in the world as they are on the dance floor.

I have nothing but fantastic things to say about Liberty Dance Center. We are relatively new to the Liberty family, and Miss Kate (and her staff) were incredibly welcoming from the very first time I sent an email to ask a few questions. She responded within hours, answered all of my questions, and set up a time for us to come visit within a few days of my initial email.

We had spent a few years at another local dance studio, and Kate blew the doors off of ANY experience I had over the course of years with the other studio.

My most favorite thing about Liberty? They are incredibly inclusive, and have all levels of dance, for any age. It's more than just dance here. The sense of community is fantastic, and the students do so much more than just dance together. Also....Miss Deanna rocks!

My grandchildren have danced with Liberty since they were two. One is now13 and the other 11. They have loved every minute of the programs. Liberty tries to teach the children to dance and also to have compassion for others. Older dancers stay with the program and help with the younger classes. Our 3 daughters have been dancing at LDC since each has turned age 2. Our tiniest dancer is now 2 so it's her turn to join this season. We have now been part of the LDC family for eight seasons. Dancing at Liberty Dance Center is beyond a 5-star experience. A sign on the wall at the studio says “It’s more than just great dancing”. It really and truly is. I have seen my daughter grow in confidence, not in just her dancing but in social interactions with peers and adults. I even tried something new and signed up for the adult dance class! Liberty Dance Center was a big part of our girls' lives growing up. It's definitely a family owned and operated studio. While the owner's mom helps take care of costuming, she also helps with photos at the recital. I remember one particular day when my daughter was working on homework and had a presentation on a famous person the next day. She was going to dress-up like the person and had a 'costume problem'. For over a decade of my life, Liberty Dance Center has been a place for me to grow not only as a dancer, but also as a person. Beyond the dance experience and education they are receiving from the exceptional teachers and staff at Liberty Dance Studio, what I appreciate even more is that my kids are learning how to be well rounded individuals. The studio allows and supports its’ students to pursue other passions alongside dance, and encourages them to put their full efforts and hard work into their studies, extracurricular activities, and volunteering. And because Kate Moody and her team are leaders within their own communities and such strong role models, their students quickly see and understand the power of giving back and contributing to the people around them.
LDC teaches their students that what they learn at dance - team work, commitment, dedication, resilience through challenge - can be applied to all aspects of their lives. When and if my kids stop dancing on stage, what they have gained from LDC they will carry with them for a lifetime.
We feel so lucky to be a part of this studio and community.

Great family, owners, teachers, facility. Wonderful mission that embraces all abilities and encourages/offers opportunities for growth and leadership. Costumes are amazing AND age appropriate. I have been dancing at Liberty since they opened 15 years ago. While my daughter started there as a kindergartner and danced through high school, I took the Adult Dance classes. We both have benefited immeasurably by learning life skills through dance skills. Dance classes brought us to Liberty. Their values and strong family environment keeps us there.

Liberty Dance has been great for my daughter! She has been going to Liberty since a young age. I love how they are always checking in with the girls, not only if they are understanding, but also checking in on their mental health too. They are always boosting the confidence of the kids! Over the years the dance studio has grown in size but the relationships are still very personal. Another thing I appreciate as a mom is that the dances they perform are always age appropriate. Liberty Dance studio is a studio that not only teaches great dancing but great life skills as well. All dance abilities and experience are welcomed and encouraged. Everyone is so helpful and it feels like family. Both my young girls have shown a great amount of confidence since beginning dance classes at Liberty.
My 4 year old had the courage and felt welcomed enough to hang out with a group of teenage dancers between classes one evening. During school conferences I was told by my 7 year olds teachers that she is a leader and a helper. I extend my thanks and gratitude to Liberty Dance studio for both of these examples since I feel they are such a good influence in teaching my kiddos what it means to be great human beings. My daughter has danced here a little over 2 years and even though I struggle to get her to go in the door some days (she's only 4 years old). Once we are in class she has a blast and the teachers really have a way with the little ones!

I've gotten pretty close with this business in these 2 years and the owner and owner's father are some of the nicest people I've ever met. Mr. Mike is always at the front desk for anything you could possibly need and greets us every time we come in the front door.

I can't wait to tour the new facility!
