Tried to get a guest/day pass workout, no one answers the phone or comes to the front door. Gym is locked with (apparently) no staff present on a monday morning at 10:45. Took my business to StratosFit down the street where a staff member was available to answer the door and helpful.

It’s a pain in the ass to cancel. No one answers calls, you either get sent to a sketchy customer service line or you get an email days later. No one ever called back. My bf got sent a text about his membership being canceled with no needed payment (they told me I had to wait 30 days and had to pay for the month still), and then they called him a month later when they couldn’t charge his card for a cancelation fee. Unnecessary hoops to jump thru, someone should have been calling us back because it all seemed sketchy. Never getting a membership here again.

Moved the lift north to the one in Wausau no tanning bed, no mirrors, spotty internet. 50 dollars a month then for less what we got at the previous location.

Do not sign up with this place. I lost my key fob after over a year of membership and when asking for a replacement I received a notice that the fee was $29.95. Credit cards get replaced so why can't you do this simple task. I cancelled so they won't get my membership money anymore.

This is where you go if you want results. Such an awesome atmosphere and motivational environment! Let's not kid around either, for a lot less than any place like this. I went from spending a fraction of $150 a month and now only $29.95 for all they have!

Not only is this place a state of the art facility, the staff, trainers, and owners are awesome. They all have a passion for fitness. Their mission is; they want everyone to be able to workout without breaking the bank. The prices are very affordable for everyone. If you want to workout with a group of people, they have great Shred Classes. The personal trainers are top notch. No need to be intimidated, everyone there is very friendly. Hours are very accommodating, 4 AM - 11 PM, key card entry. Workout when you can.

My boyfriend and I drove up from Stevens Point today to check this place out. We were worried it wouldn't be staffed but the manager, Brook, was really great! They offer day passes, as long as you sign the waiver. The gym itself is awesome!! The equipment is all new, and the gym is spacious. The locker rooms are well kept, and they have a nice sauna in each one! They have tons of options for powerlifters and crossfit people alike. Lastly, I checked out their monthly rates, and they're really reasonable! Thanks, Brook, for being so accommodating and welcoming!

Very clean facility and very friendly staff. Sauna, lockers, and showers in men's and women's locker rooms. State of the art equipment with everything you need to workout and then some. They also have personal trainers that are great at assisting you in the right direction to meet your goals. They also have a key card access so you can come in at 4am roll 11pm.

Brand new facility in Wausau and it's amazing, plain and simple. Brand new meaning state of the art equipment, everything you need whether you're a Crossfit athlete, lifter, runner or just someone that is looking to start working out again the facility is perfect for all types. And the best part, the prices can't be beat for what I've seen. Jaw dropping! Can't wait to move up there shortly so I can start my membership and not just do drop in workouts.
