Went to this facility as a teenager and returned to try it out for my son.
The facility was much more inviting when I had attended. Clean facility with organized spot for each event or class.
They had a new rec class set up upstairs to allow for more classes and rotation for the kids between 3 rooms compared to the original 1 when I was there.
They kept each room clean and organized for stations and made sure each child received both group and individualized instruction.
Even if the office was unavailable when I arrived, I could call or email to have questions answered. This was great considering my toddler would have a hard time leaving the activities, so I am not sure I would've had long to have an in person conversation.
Happy to have my child now attend here and recommend to other families.

Would give the place negative stars. They are the rudest people I have ever paid money to in my life and NEVER answer their phone any MAY answer an email 2 weeks later. We quit after paying for all the absurd uniform fees and only really attended two months of classes in the summer. Cancelled on June 29, 2025 an they just NOW, out of the blue, charged me a late cancellation fee on Oct. 24, 2025. THEY ARE CROOKS!!! DO NOT GO HERE!

Went to gymnastics tournament to watch my sister's granddaughter. It was a great meet. The hosting team and participants were courteous and excited for teams. Plenty of parking spots both in the lot and out on the street!

Poor communication. They donβt return calls , you have to be lucky enough to catch someone in the evening. Kept charging my credit card when signed out of last session. A year went by and different charges started appearing on my card again. Over a few hundred dollars worth of charges, finally reached someone who said theyβd check into it and never returned my call. They donβt answer the phone. Request a return call from the ownerβ¦ crickets. Still calling. Beware and make a copy of your paperwork, they be charging you long after your child had their last class.

Our very first timed we walked in & No one was at the front desk when we got there, we had no idea where to go for our beginner gymnastics class for my toddler. The place was chaotic and dirty from my first few minutes walking around. When I climbed up the rickety stairs, and found a class, asked if we were at the correct one, she said yes. The class was NOT for beginners. They jumped right into songs we didnβt know, and into activists we have never done - we felt very out of place. some kids doing cartwheels and routines were in the same class with toddlers who were walking on a gym mat for the very first time. It did not make sense to have those different levels together in the same class. Finally, I messaged the staff about my concerns. They refused a refund for the month, so my husband gave it one more try. He was also very disappointed, said it wasnβt at all worth the price. When I reached back out to officially cancel payment/membership for the following month, they said I was too late to cancel for the following month, and you guessed it - they charged me again. This place is a few minutes from my house, but I will never go back, and drive further for a better gymnastics experience for my young children.

My daughter has had an amazing experience at M&M in the Xcel program. Coach Bry is an outstanding coach, who encompasses all the qualities of a great coach - knowledgeable, supportive, kind, flexible, and understanding but with very high expectations. Thank you for all you do on behalf of the athletes.

Fantastic gymnastics studio. The coaches put the mental and physical health of their athletes first while also challenge them enough to bring the best out of them. Both our son and daughter love their coaches, team mates and practice at M&M. I can't recommend it high enough.

This place has a nice set up, good equipment and gym. Mary Kate was wonderful, liked her a lot. However, otherwise poor communication from management, unhappy rude staff. Ms Vicky is so rude and useless as can be. The girls upfront ignored multiple customers and were hiding in the front office with the blinds closed on their phones while people were in line..

I just finished up a weekend of adult gymnastics and if you are looking to dable, explore or rekindle your love for gymnastics this is the place and personelle to do it with!
As a former track athlete/triathlete (now 46) and a newbie at gymnastics, the appreciation and support I got from the staff and co-athletes was mentally strenghtening and heart warming!
Thank you Chelsie, mom, dad and EVERYONE involved for their time, patience and knowledge!!!
Hope to see you all next year 'group 8'!

Teachers were nice, overall. The facility has great equipment and setup (as they should). Just wish the teachers were more hands on and helped correct and show the kids a little better. A lot of times they were just sitting and watching them do it wrong and not help them or not even demonstrate it half the time. Seemed lazy to me and lack patience. It wasnβt all the time but often enough that it was apparent and bothered me. They didnβt seem to really have a passion for teaching the kids, even if it is a lower βrecβ level. They should try a little harder in my opinion. Overall, okay experience, expected more for the price.

Our family loves M & M! Both of our toddlers attend classes here and look forward to it every week. The teachers are great for the age and skill level. This past spring, the owners even helped my husband out when we had a car issue. They went above and beyond, and really solidified why we being out girls here!

Just attended Chellsie's adult gymnastics camp and it was an awesome experience! I had zero prior gymnastics experience and everyone there was very positive and helpful. Chellsie and Andy Memmel and the rest of their staff were amazing, I couldn't have imagined a better weekend. Can't wait to go back!

Our 4 and 7 year old daughters have been here for 1.5 years. We love the staff and structure they have at M&M. The girls have grown quickly and love being there. We go to open gyms and other camps and events they run. Itβs truly a family feel at M&M and something we love having our family be involved in. Thanks to all the coaches that have taught our girls π

Hosting a gymnastics meet. 50 minutes before it started the small set of stands were full and we were placed upstairs behind a cage wall with only partial views of two of the four events. Terrible venue to host a large group of spectators and still charge full price to get in.

I went there today for a trial session with my 3 year old son. My appointment was at 9:50 am. I went there 5 minutes before, waited until the receptionist was available. She had me fill out a form. Told me that I couldn't come with my son but could sit in the watch room, all good so far. She then took him to the class, she told me that we were late and the class has started. Not sure how this could happen since my appointment was at 9:50 am.They take him downstairs with other kids, then bring him back up to a closed room where he spends about 30 minutes or so in a group session with other kids. My son just comes up to me after the session, with no instructor in sight. I have no idea what happened in the session, how he did or what the next step is. Nobody even told me the session was over, how long it would last, so I just assume its over. The entire time there, I didnt feel welcomed, no instructor or an intake person came to me to explain to me how my son did, or what the next step would be. On my way out, I try to see if the receptionist is available to talk or give me some more information. She is just on the phone, completely ignores me even though she knows I'm waiting. I wait for 5 minutes, then I leave. Not going back there again. If this is how they treat potential new clients, not sure sure I can trust them to treat my 3 year old the right way.

Wish I could give no stars!!! This place is terrible!!! I took my daughter here for a summer session of dance. The teacher expected all the 4/5 year olds to know certain dance steps even though this was the first dance class for some. And seeing my daughter didn't know one she said "Maybe tap is too technical for her. She may like creative movement instead." She also said "Your daughter doesn't participate much, she is often just standing there." She also expects the 4/5 year olds to know the names of the steps. She went up to my daughter and asked her to show her a certain step and my daughter didn't remember that particular one(she knew other ones) but because she didn't know that particular one now all of a sudden she thinks tap is too technical for my daughter. Her teacher was Ms. Dani. Ms Dani got my blood boiling. I called MM to complain and I never received a phone call back. They are trying to ignore their problems and hope they go away. I cannot tell you how much I hate Ms. Dani!!!! Let me tell you why my daughter didn't participate much. The learning environment is terrible, it's not child friendly, the "studio" is disgusting, the floor is held together by duct tape, it's very echoey making it harder to hear and focus. She used rap and hip hop music that teenagers and college kids listen to, she also turned it up EXTREMELY loud. Her version of teaching is showing the kids a complicated step one time and then standing up in front shouting out and doing the steps expecting the kids to follow along right away. That is NOT how you teach children. I now have my daughter enrolled at the Acedemy of Performing Arts. She is doing great! She's participating 100%, she actually has a smile on her face, she never did in Ms. Dani's class. She looks happy, she's doing all the steps and ENJOYING dance which is the whole point!!! They know how to work with and teach young children. I completely regret ever going to MM. It's a terrible environment for kids.
