Their policies for payment of gymnastics are very confusing and contradictory. They ended up cancelling my daughters class on a weeks notice, they won't offer a refund under any circumstances but will allow her to attend a class for much older kids instead, and only for half the month.

They say their tuition is based on 3.5 classes a month or 42 classes per year so they're covered for holidays and inclement whether but actually it's so that when you cancel and you've already paid for the next month they can say well you've been coming for six months so we only owed you 21 classes and you got to do 19 so you only get two weeks of classes in the final "month" that you paid for. If it's later in the year you could easily technically have negative classes left.

My 2.5yo has been in parent/child gymnastics classes for the last couple months and she LOVES it. We can tell that her gross motor skills are improving leaps and bounds. And, she is just so unbelievably excited about going every time. The teachers are engaging, pace the classes to keep the tots busy, and empower the kids to try new things. We are so impressed and glad to be part of this community!

Do not enter the building if you have asthma or are sensitive to artificial fragrances (carcinogens). Glade plug-ins everywhere. You will leave smelling horrible.

How anyone could do gymnastics or volleyball in the building is a mystery to me.

They must be masking a mildew problem- they never responded to my inquiry.

The best place ever my home and happy place. I love the coaches and they make gymnastics so fun! They offer gymnastics, volleyball, and other sports you can play on a volleyball court. Love this place 100% would recommend.

Fabulous Establishment! My daughters Princess Christmas Wedding was all we had hoped for and more! Everyone enjoyed themselves! The bartenders were awesome and friendly , the lighting was perfect , there’s plenty of room and it’s very clean ! Taffy was very knowledgeable and fun to work with!!! Highly recommend!

Katie was amazing to work with! She is the reason we chose Madison Turners for my wedding reception and not our second choice. She is very responsive and thinks of details I did not. Katie was very helpful in the days leading up to the wedding, the day of, and even the days following. Katie was very calm and accommodating with our large guest list. She even had a great recommendations for decorations. Katie's attention to detail did not go unnoticed! The Madison Turners facility was exactly what we were looking for thanks to Katie and her hard work.

I would give 5 stars for the facility itself but based on the coordinator service I have to drop to at most 3 stars. We signed our contract in Spring of 2015 and they changed banquet managers some time between then and spring of 2016 when we had to contact them to start making plans for fall wedding and times to meet to organize layout and time schedule. They hadn't bother to let us know that someone new took over nor did she seem to care that this bothered us. She had poor follow up and often had to call and email multiple times before getting a response. Also was rude to our dj via phone when he called to ask about the time frame for him to set up and when the hall would be open for him day of despite the contract clearly laying out that our rental was midnight to midnight the day of. She also charged us extra because the dj needed to set up in the afternoon instead of the earlier morning. Additionally was told by multiple guests that the coordinator / bartender was rude to them regarding bar service.

However I will say the venue was absolutely beautiful, their built in Up lighting was gorgeous and had many complements on the facility itself by my family and guests. Wish we could have had our original coordinator to rid us of the stress the new one caused though for sure!
