I couldn’t believe a 20-minute workout could be so effective. Then I tried Max Strength, and was impressed by this unique approach to fitness for several reasons:

1. Personalized: The 20 minute, personally designed workout with a trainer pushed me harder than I could ever push myself.

2. Effective: The workouts were effective because they were targeted for my body, fitness goals, and ability

3. Convenient: I used to avoid midday workouts. The thought of getting sweaty and redoing my hair and makeup made a mid-day workout seem impossible. With Max Strength, you won’t sweat, but you’ll feel the heat of the workout pushing your muscles. This makes it both effective and convenient.

Ransom was exceptional and extremely patient with me! I have lower back issues (disintegrating discs and early osteoarthritis) and I love the philosophy behind Max Strength. I definitely felt the burn and could feel myself getting stronger. Would recommend to anyone trying to strengthen their muscles!

I really enjoy coming here. Ransom tailors workouts to my specific needs. I’ve had issues with low back pain, so we’ve worked on machines that strengthen muscles supporting the back. I am thrilled that I can now run 5 miles with no back pain! I think it’s a great facility!

I’ve done three sessions at MaxStrength so far and here are my takeaways.

These workouts will push you to your personal limit.
20 minutes might not seem like enough time, but it is PLENTY. This is a different way of working your muscles, and they will be working hard.

The staff at MaxStrength is some of the best in the business.
I worked with Ransom for my sessions, and he knew exactly when to push me and when to call it quits. I always felt like I was achieving my maximum results safely.

On the subject of safety, I’ve had a few different injuries from my job that I’m still managing. Ransom tailored my workouts to prevent aggravating these issues, while still targeting the areas to rebuild strength.

The MaxStrength method forces you to work equally through the full range of motion, isolating muscles to hit your maximum.. pun intended strength. My problem areas are feeling stronger every day and my body feels like it’s finding its proper alignment for the first time in years.

If you are short on time but still want to take care of yourself, this is for you.
If you are recovering from an injury, and you are looking for guidance on getting back to 100%, I cannot recommend Ransom and MaxStrength enough.

If you are brand new to your fitness journey, this is an excellent place to start. You will come away with an understanding of how to work your body, proper form, breathing techniques, and you will be less prone to injury.

I have been physically active for most of my life. I have tried different gyms, different trainers, and different techniques. The experience I have had at MaxStrength over the past two weeks with Ransom has topped them all.

Took advantage of the 3 free sessions they offered. If I could make it work financially right now I 100% would. Great intensity in the short amount of time youre with a trainer. I highly recommend for those that have a busy schedule. As for me, when money is a little better Ill for sure be back.

Best workout ever in just 20 minutes of your day! The staff are so positive, friendly and make you feel like family. The facility and machines are top of the line. What I loved the most about it, is everything is planned for you. They design the workouts, set up the machines, monitor your posture, so all I had to do was focus on my breathing and note how my body felt. After my session with Clarissa, I left with my muscles shaking, and a huge smile on my face!

Great place to connect one on one with a trainer who will help you along on your journey and hold you accountable! That trainer sets a program specifically for you, works side by side every session to make sure you’re focused on your workout, not distractions. Great location and the climate control keeps you cooled down during your entire workout!

I completed my free consultation and couldn’t believe the results. After 20 minutes I felt the same results as an hour workout at the gym. I was skeptical that a 20 minute workout could provide the same results, however, I am now a believer!! The machines are adjustable and fit any body type which maximizes your workout.
