No matter what stage you are in your fitness journey Janelle will help you succeed in meeting your goals. Her knowledge and experience of all aspects in the industry are incredible. I have worked with Janelle for a few years now and she has helped me achieve things I didn’t know were possible.

She pushes you to achieve your goals and be the best version of yourself in and out of the gym. She helped me reach my weight for my weddding and also helped me achieve some goals related to hiking. She is currently helping me reach some goals so I can start running 5ks.

If you are someone who just started your fitness journey, looking to relieve stress from your job, shed some pounds, increase muscle mass, recovering from an injury, trying to increase mobility or all the above Janelle is without a doubt the person you need to work with.

If you are on a budget….. no worries she’s got you covered. She is looking to organize small group sessions where you and a few others can work in a group setting and do the workouts together. There is NEVER judgement and working with others you can gain knowledge, experience, and motivation. Please consider Janelle to help you reach your goals

Janelle is simply the BEST! She takes the entire picture of your health in to account when creating programs. For me, she has the perfect balance of challenging and empathy. I always felt like she truly listened to what my needs and obstacles were - even when they became ever-changing. She has a good all-around knowledge of total fitness whether it's yoga and flexibility or pushing your strength training and cardio goals. 10/10 recommend. All day. Every day.
