Hands down the best gym in the area. The old school equipment Kevin has is some of the rarest and best equipment ever made. You won’t find another place like this. Metroflex is a true gem for people who take training seriously!

The owner is one of the coolest, funniest, and kindest people I’ve ever met in my life. The gym folk here are consistently some of the nicest and most approachable people I’ve ever met, and the culture here is dang good.

I never found a gym like Metroflex before where I can just be myself and train as hard as I want without worrying about petty things that don’t matter. I’ve been nothing shy of thankful for this gym and the amazing ownership it contains.

Furthermore I highly recommend Kevin’s personal training and fitness plans. Thanks to him I’ve lost over 40lbs and I am currently in the best shape of my life. Just be prepared, because he will push you to your limits in the most amazing and fun way possible!

Great equipment and friendly staff. Reasonably priced day pass ($5) and pay by month. A more "hard core" atmosphere as opposed to a pristine franchise fitness center. Love the 24/7 access.

Great old school grunge gym with a huge mish mash of crazy old cool equipment. This place has everything. Really fun to get a long workout in here. In a huge garage type building. You can open the garage doors. Has neat painting on the walls and Arnold pictures. Freaking love it. $5 for a visitor pass.
