As someone who was completely new to the gym, I was a little intimidated to start lifting but working with Morgan has completely changed that! She creates such a welcoming, encouraging environment and made me feel comfortable in the gym.
Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about strength training, form, and overall fitness, but she also explains things in a way that’s easy to understand and actually fun to learn. I always feel supported and never judged which has made such a difference in my confidence and motivation, not to mention the progress I’ve made with her workouts! If you’re looking for a trainer who truly cares, knows her stuff, and makes the process enjoyable from day one, I can’t recommend Morgan enough 😊
