We booked a family holiday session before Christmas. Kat made it fun for our group which was ages 10-58! Parents and nieces from Holland with brother and sister in law and kids home from college.
Great warm yoga with lots of great music.
Great area of shorewood. Neat space right across from st Robert’s church. Next to a great coffee shop called city market.
This is a great yoga studio!

This is truly my happy place! Kat and her team offer a variety of classes of all levels. The studio is beautiful, clean and stocked with towels and mats if needed. Every instructor is motivating and supportive of your own practice and guide you through within their experience and training. I’m so grateful for this studio, team and location! Thank you MMY!!

We have arranged 2 private yoga sessions at Move More Yoga--one led by Kat and another by one of her esteemed yoga teachers. The first was for a milestone birthday (18!) and the second was a family holiday activity. Both events exceeded expectations! The space is lovely, clean, and conveniently located in the heart of the North Shore. Kat and Jane are warm, welcoming, and accommodating to yogis of all ages and levels of experience. I highly recommend working with Kat to create a unique and fun event for your group!

I have been doing hot yoga classes at MMY since June 2024 and I absolutely love it!
I also had a yoga party for my birthday and it was so fun and truly wonderful. Kat was our instructor for the yoga party and I was able to provide her with a custom playlist and she led a wonderful, wonderful class, tailored to each person in the room! It was so fun, and my friends loved it.

This is a great place that's fortunately in my North Shore neighborhood with a nice local feel. The heat level is right in the zone: warming, but not as intense(uncomfortable) as some other hot yoga. If you are looking to challenge yourself, I recommend yoga sculpt. Yeah, you'll feel the burn; that's why I want to keep doing it over and over and it's a popular class. Kat and the other instructors are supremely welcoming, fun, and supportive regardless of experience level. highly recommend and see ya there.

I went to my first Yoga Sculpt class today with Kat, who also owns Move More Yoga. While Move More definitely has it's own community, it does not feel at all exclusive. The instructors are incredibly welcoming. I LOVED the Sculpt class today. It was challenging but fun and easy to tailor the intensity up or down. I will most definitely be back!

The more I go to Move More Yoga, the more I want to go back so I realized I need to write a review and share all the things I love:
1. It’s affordable. Ten packs of classes are $100 and can be used across a family
2. It’s woman-owed and Kat genuinely loves yoga. Her joy comes through in every class, whether she’s teaching or not, and she wants each yoga to have a great experience. Because of that,
3. There are a variety of class types at a variety of times. There’s gently heated, heated, gentle stretch, heated stretch, heated yoga sculpt, gently heated yoga sculpt. There’s something for everyone!
4. The heated panels help me whenever I’m sore, tired, or just need a good sweat.
Your first class is free so I highly encourage you to stop in and try a class! Mats and towels are available to use if you don’t have your own

This is one of my favorite places to practice yoga. The owner, Kat, is always smiling and is the kindest person. I love the variety in amazing instructors, classes and times offered to come in and practice.

After a long hiatus from yoga, it seemed like a sign to come back to my practice when Move More Yoga opened in Shorewood. This studio was my first hot yoga experience and I absolutely love it! I’ve enjoyed it so much that I’ve attended all class levels and I adore all the instructors. Every time I come into the studio, Kat, Jane, Jill, and Jenna are always so welcoming! They make each time on the mat feel like what I need that day: time to relax, reflect, grow, and play. It truly feels like a home away from home. I highly recommend Move More Yoga and look forward to continuing in my yoga practice here! 💕🧘♀️

I am SO excited I stumbled upon this studio!! I never leave reviews, but this place is a real gem and absolutely deserves one. Hot yoga studios seem to only be downtown or on Silver Spring and this area on Capital really needed one. Super challenging hot power flow to great music, but easy to adapt to make it your own level of difficulty. Jane is a phenomenal teacher and so nice. Cannot wait to try the hot slow flow and sculpt classes! Highly recommend 💯
