I love this workout! I can get a complete workout in 20 minutes which eliminates the "I don't have time excuse". Plus the body feels strong for days after. And if I arrive feeling a little sluggish - the electro-stimulation wakes up my body and gets me going.

I have been a regular gym-goer for more than 30 years. My workouts consisted primarily of weights to build muscle and tone, with an hour or two of cardio mixed in per week. The amount of time spent at the gym totaled more than 6 hours per week. THEN I FOUND MYOCYTE~! WOW.... is all i can say. I have now been doing Electro Muscle Simulation since the beginning of January, starting with once per week and transitioning to twice per week in February to present. SO, two times at Myocyte per week is equivalent to 5 hours of hard-core weight training at the gym. In three months, my muscle tone has significantly improved along with losing 1/2" around my waist - Keep in mind that my eating habits have not changed, but my results have! If you think hooked up to an electric machine is easy, THINK AGAIN. It is hard work, but it pays off and in a relatively short amount of time. Each session is guided by a personal trainer who pushes you to work hard. It's a great motivator and I am sore from each workout - the good kind of sore that you would expect from a good, hard workout! My arms and butt look particularly amazing and for someone in their mid-50's I am sporting a 40-year old body... YOU MUST TRY THIS. The first session is complimentary with no-strings. If you are trying to keep up with your workouts and feel that you struggle with the time commitment, this is the perfect workout regimen for you. It is a great muscle workout, with cardio benefits as well. There is a reason this has been practiced in Germany for more than 25 years and has recently been endorsed through scientific studies done by Mayo Clinic. You have nothing to lose, except maybe flabby tissue and the opportunity to build strength, muscle and tone! All in only 20-40 per week.

I have been going to Myocyte for 3 months now and I love it! I am 42, play tennis and weight train at the gym but wanted to further increase my strength and muscle balance to avoid injury (torn ACL playing tennis 5 years ago). The Myocyte workout hits on all the major muscles as well as muscles I wouldn't otherwise reach. The trainers are so fantastic to work with and they have the ability to increase the intensity during the individual workout and from week to week as well. I know that it has made me stronger and more balanced because I can already feel it in my speed and agility in tennis, my workouts and daily life. I know that will all just continue to improve. Highly recommend adding this weekly workout to your routine!

I had just started MYOCYTE workouts and I was excited that I could get the equivalent of a 2-hour gym workout in 20 minutes… YAY! After 3 weeks I was looking forward to my 4th workout however during that week I injured my lower back and with deep sadness I had to cancel that 4th visit. This was not my first rodeo so a combination of anti-inflammatory meds, rotating ice/heat, elevation and taking it easy I usually make a full recovery in about 3 weeks. I didn’t want to cancel my next MYOCYTE visit so I kept my appointment and when I arrived I explained my situation to Jonas and asked if there was a low intensity workout I could do instead, and he said yes, he had just completed a similar workout with a different client. I completed the workout with no pain and 1 week later I was back to my old self and back to my normal workouts. If you’re doing the math that’s about 1 week home treatment + 1 Jonas lower back focused workout = 2 week Full recovery. I’ll take two please 😊

Health and Fitness is very important especially as I grow older each year. The game changer for me is the 20 minute workout. I don't mind hitting the gym for an 1 hour but when you add everything up that 1 hour turns into 2 now add in a demanding profession, personal goals etc... It's difficult to remain consistent every week. With weekly trips to MYOCYTE I'm in and out in 30 minutes and I can be on my way and feeling great that I can keep my busy life schedule and be consistent with my workouts.

Love going to Myocyte! I used to be puny and weak, now I have muscles and am so much stronger. I loathe going to the gym and sweating and pushing and hurting myself for hours, with Myocyte I do my 20 minutes of hard work once a week and then I’m done 😄 The trainers are very personable and helpful.
