THREE things that I experienced. 1. RESULTS: Shortly after my first workout I felt the "good soreness" of a workout which proved to me something is happening. Proof came from others when they didn't know I started with Myocyte but they noticed that I look leaner. (That helps the ego). 2. SERVICE: Johanna, Jonas and Jabari provide a welcoming and caring environment. They demonstrate that by knowing me personally and my goals. I know that because Jabari reminds me as he pushes me to do a little bit more. 3. EFFICIENT: I don't have time. This is a time hack to get a lot results and give a up little time. In summary, I found this works for me and I look forward to hitting my targets. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
