As a baseball spectator it was difficult to see the playing field. You had to look through double netting or plexiglass which reflected the lights from behind as well as look around tv screens that were attached to the plexiglass. Smoothie/coffee bar staff was not really great although the concession stand staff was great! Single bathrooms were filthy. Wouldn’t recommend this venue for a youth baseball event.

We had our son's 7th birthday party at OAW and it was a disorganized mess. Included with the (not cheap) cost of the party, a host is supposed to be provided to lead activities. Our "host" was not leading the party, but instead, we had to come up with drills and games, while trying to chase down equipment and trying to located her for help. There was also only one set of sports equipment available, so we couldn't play the sports we had signed up to play.
Very disappointed with the entire situation and would not recommend this location to anyone.

Baseball experience. This is not a great place to coach, play, or be a fan. Players dugouts very far from home, and there are too many field obstructions. Very limited fan seating which behind plexiglass that you can't hear anything behind and visibility is very limited.

Unfortunately, not enough seating to watch the gymnastics tournament. Also, the women's bathroom was a disaster this past weekend. You charge adults $20 to attend but can't seem to keep the bathroom stocked with soap. The garbages were over flowing and you provide no changing table/station for moms to change diapers. Lastly, your pizza was not cooked all the way through. Glad we don't come here often.

Fields are to small for softball and the ceiling is too low. Ball hits the net above too often and causes a redirection of the ball for fielding. Makes it hard to watch. If your going to build a sports complex for softball or baseball there need to be more thought put into it. Was excited to have my daughter play indoor for first time and was not impressed. Building is way to small. Not enough seating to watch games. I could go on and not but I think the point has been made.

Really nice facility. Wonder if they've considered a once or twice a week gym class for homeschoolers. I don't recommend Tuesdays or Thursdays because a lot of other homeschool groups meet on those days.

Now that they started reconstruction, I hope they address the nightmare parking when they are over scheduling on the weekends. Scheduling Volleyball or baseball and basketball all at once was a horrible parking situation. And expecting people to take shuttles is ridiculous. Either stop with the over-scheduling to fix the parking, or many will NOT return because of poor planning in terms of parking

Great venue! However parking is horrible! If you are going to host a Softball and Volleyball tournament (at the same time) at this great place, you need to fix the lack of parking. (There's an empty field next to your lot). Dropping kids off on the opposite side of the entrance, when its -4 at 7am, wont cut it. Having a shuttle that runs every 20 mins isn't ideal either. Other indoor tourney sites have plenty of parking across the midwest.

Staff is always welcoming and adaptable. They have created more opportunities with spontaneous open gyms for Pickleball players… it feels like a home gym, but it’s this massive facility. Best winter decision I made coming to OAW!

Great facility! Great location! Great pickleball group each weekday morning. Management is committed to improving courts. For example they recently installed shades to cut down on glare when you're on the north side of the courts. They are very accommodating in letting us arrange the portable nets and bleachers to try to catch stray balls.

This is a clean, new facility. Staff was very friendly. Concessions had food all day. A bit pricey, but decent. No problem viewing games. Ceilings are low and right field is short. Overall, a decent place considering it's indoor softball.
