This gym is one of the best in town alot of machines to use. Open 24 hrs and affordable. There is a wide variety of people from heavy lifters to body builders to everyday gym going people to people just starting their journey to working out everyone knows planet fitness stands for judgment free zone and we all know its a lie but this place is a true no judgment zone and people are willing to spot you here help you talk to you and make you feel like you belong. I tried other gyms and nothing compares to this location from weights to the environment to the staffing .

Terrible experience – avoid this place!
I rarely leave reviews, but this gym deserves a warning. From the moment I walked in, the energy was off. The equipment was outdated, the place wasn’t clean, and it felt more like a storage unit than a gym. But the worst part? The owner. Absolutely rude and unprofessional – instead of being helpful or welcoming, he acted like I was inconveniencing him just by being there. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a place I’m paying to use. If you value your time, money, or basic respect, go literally anywhere else.

I’ve been coming to Olympus Fitness for over 5 years, and it’s hands down the best gym in the area. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, the environment is welcoming and everyone from members to trainers is supportive. I got help with form, workouts and tips early on. That sense of community still hasn’t changed.

Overall it’s a nice gym, but on the treadmills they really need to set some time limits on users. Every day from 9-11 AM 3/4 treadmills get hogged by older people. When you hop on a treadmill next to them or walk by them they glare at you. When they walk together they also talk really loud where you can hear their full conversations through headphones with music playing. One time I was running on a treadmill in the middle of two of them, and they rudely asked me to move to another treadmill so all 3 of them could walk side by side with one another.

Went Sunday morning with my wife to sign up, the gym was open with no employees… a lady that was working out talked to us saying it’s a shame but no one is here to talk to you and it happens a lot on weekends.
We decided to take a look around and most of the upholstery was ripped up and it stinks, people’s sweat is absorbed by the cushions.
Looks like equipment was borrowed from old gyms.
Definitely will not sign up

This is the best gym in the entire Kenosha county area. The owner makes it a constant priority to invest back into the gym and that incudes members as well. For the over 4 years I've been going to this gym I've never seen it stop growing with the latest and best equipment. This is not another chain and because of that you can actually talk to and get to know the owner/staff who are all incredible people.

My boyfriend helped me to sign up at Olympus and I'm truly glad he did! I've been to other gyms throughout racine and I think this gym beats them all honestly. It's also really nice to know how present the owner is and what he gives back to this place. He really puts a lot of care and passion into the space and it shows. I couldn't recommend the gym more, especially as it is female friendly which is important to me.

Olympic Fitness is privately owned and is a really nice place. I met the owner and he was really nice while I was going to my personal training session and I will be going back to this gym as my main gym from now on as the lay out of machines and equipment was well placed.

Honestly this gym is a really great gym for the $36 a month myself as a military veteran spent each month. The gym is decently big and has a ton of equipment. If you are looking for a good place to workout this gym is the place for you. Plus they have trainers, if you feel you need some extra help with motivation or any other excuse you have for not taking care of yourself. Self care is the best care.

« wallet and credit cards were snatched at the Olympus Gym and became a victim of fraudulent activity $$$$ . It was an incredibly distressing situation, especially when we called the owner, who happens to be in the local police force, hoping for some assistance and support. Unfortunately, no response or acknowledgment . Despite explaining the seriousness of the situation and our intention to press charges, no action was taken. This lack of action has left us feeling frustrated and let down. I hope that by sharing this experience, others can be aware of the importance of prompt and appropriate response when faced with such incidents. Stay vigilant everyone» - sept 1st 2023
