On Point Fitness Club is great. Tom and Nick are excellent trainers (and great guys!) that put together high quality programming. The variety of exercises they throw at you always keeps it entertaining and really builds total body strength. I've bounced around a lot of different fitness routines, and OPFC has by far been my favorite and most consistent. The group classes have a great sense of camaraderie, and it is so easy knowing that all you have to do is show up and Tom and Nick design a great workout for you. If you are just getting started or back to a fitness routine, try some personal sessions and work your way up to the group sessions. The gym is clean and loaded with great equipment and fun people with varying levels of age and fitness. You will not regret giving OPFC a try!

I highly recommend On Point for those interested in functional fitness. The training programs are centered around strength and flexibility for both athletics and everyday living. Group classes have a camaraderie and friendly competition that make them a ton of fun.

Tom and Nick are first rate trainers. I don't have a lot of time to spend in the gym and my 30 minutes with them involves ZERO b.s. Their group classes are tough but inspiring. Everyone has always been supportive and accepting of newcomers, no matter what their level of fitness. Highly recommended.
