Onieda Family Fitness is a wonderful gym ! The staff are all very encouraging, knowledgeable and friendly. The equipment is very well maintained and the facility is very clean. It’s a fun , interactive and easily accessible gym. I am especially enjoying the group fitness classes and the fun incentives. When you’re here you really feel like family :).

This gym is like my second home! I love the staff and trainers. They know everyone by name and know exactly who can give more and push you to your limits to better yourself. And they do it with encouragement!

With the exception of a few rude employees it is a very nice facility. Most the people are courteous and helpful when asked questions. Just getting back into exercising after 39 surgeries and a recent car accident...so the last thing people need is to walk into an attitude. Thank you to all those for being kind and helpful! Its appreciated beyond words!!!
