Oshkosh Core Club's signature Megaformer Core class is a 45-minute a high-intensity, low-impact Megaformer workout. These sessions are designed to maximize full-body strength and increase muscular endurance and mobility, while training the deepest core muscles to activate and continue firing throughout the entire exercise.
In addition to Core classes, we also offer Yoga classes to help you kick-start recovery, rest, reset, and stretch through muscle soreness and joint tension. Our yoga classes will give you a clear mind to re-center your mental health and stay focused on your physical fitness goals. We hope that you'll join us at The Core Club!

I’ve been going to Oshkosh Core Club for pilates and I am so impressed! All of the instructors are amazing and so patient, encouraging, and truly great at what they do. I’m usually not a workout person at all, but I actually look forward to going because the classes are fun, challenging in the best way, and make me feel stronger every week. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Such a unique workout, nothing like I’ve ever done! Very challenging, but in a good way. Low impact movements so muscles get sore, but joint do not! Instructors do a great job modifying movements for skill levels and make everyone feel welcome!

I can’t say enough positive kudos for the Oshkosh Core Club! This type of Pilate’s is the hardest, yet gentle on the joints, and the most effective exercise class I’ve ever taken. I feel that I’ve gained so much strength and feel the healthiest in the last year and a half. The instructors are truly amazing that actually care and push you to be the best that you can be. Thank you, Core Club, for coming to Oshkosh!

Oshkosh Core Club is my new obsession. I walked in blind about 2 months ago and got a slap of reality after my first class, had it not been for the amazingly kind supportive instructors I would have never looked back. In just the short amount of time I am much stronger and continue to be pushed to abilities I didn’t know were there! If you’re on the fence I encourage you to try and become an OCC lifer with me.

Attending this workout class was an amazing experience! The energy was incredible, and Tiegan did a fantastic job keeping everyone motivated and engaged. She was not only enthusiastic but also super informative, making sure we understood each movement and its benefits. I left feeling energized, stronger, and excited to come back for more. If you’re looking for a class that pushes you while keeping it fun, this is the one!

Oshkosh Core Club offers both Pilates Megaformer and yoga. Both are a taught by terrific instructors who are very motivating and supportive. The full-body, high-intensity, low impact workouts are like no other! The classes definitely build strength, agility and balance. OCC is a unique studio that listens to their members to ensure ideas are heard and class schedules meet their needs.

First time trying a class like this and loved it! Fast paced with continuous movement to keep you interested. Makes you focus on form and engage your abs the entire time, definitely use muscles you didn't know you had! Can't wait for regular classes of these to be held here

This studio is a hidden gem! I have taken both Lagree and Yoga classes at this facility. Lagree is a unique workout, that works your core strength to it's potential. Savannah is an amazing instructor, that makes you work for it! I have taken yoga classes taught by Laura, she is calm and takes your mind and body to a place of challenge.
I highly recommend both workout methods! A great opportunity in the Oshkosh area.

OshKosh core club ROCKS, world class facility! Did a first time “Lagree” class and loved it. Working out muscles I never knew existed. I worked with Savannah who has great attention to detail and ensures good form and is fun, thank you Savannah for the excellent coaching. Lagree is for me!
