I have taken Parisa's private and group sessions for over 2 years now and have absolutely enjoyed every one of them! Following my first private sound, healing, and Reiki session, I experienced such deep relaxation and REM sleep that I have never experienced before. The sound vibrations, instruments, and her beautiful chanting voice was simply pricless and breathtaking and reached the core of my Root Chakra, that was so needed for years. My dreams were bright and vivid and continued for 2 weeks following my sessions, especially the private session. Parisa is not only a master at her craft but she is also, so amazingly friendly, committed to helping others, and an all around precious soul! Inclusive vibe with an authentic soul. The experiences with Parisa Yoga Shala have been different than with previous sound immersions. Comparitively, its a calmer type of energy, not super charged, which is more condusive for this realm of practice. We love Parisa!

Parisa Yoga Shala is an absolute gem in Milwaukee! I started attending Parisa’s restorative yoga classes as a beginner and have moved on to yin, flow, and even sound baths. My partner and I attended a heart chakra focused sound bath around Valentine’s Day and it was truly unlike any experience I’ve ever had! Parisa has such a calm and welcoming presence. We slept so good that night because of how relaxed we were. Highly recommend to try a class!

I HIGHLY recommend attending a sound healing hosted by Parisa Yoga Shala. I've attended a few different classes in a variety of settings. Each time I left feeling incredible. It's hard to fully put into words but it is indeed healing. Extremely professional, welcoming and an overall great experience. If I could afford to I'd go every week :)

I started practicing with Parisa a couple years ago when I attended one of her sound baths at a local studio and had an amazing experience. I love that I can practice with her on a regular basis through PYS - her evening restorative classes are one of my favorite forms of self care! They are a full sensory experience, thoughtfully crafted and trauma-informed. I always leave feeling calm and refreshed. Looking forward to her new reiki offerings as well!

I enjoy attending Parisa’s gentle flow classes. This class in particular helps with flexibility, balance, and strength—I feel. Each session looks different. Her classes (room where you actually practice yoga) gives intimate, safe/healing, and cozy vibes. Whenever I had any questions regarding her classes she was super informative. I did pause yoga for some time due to a hand injury. However, she’s been helpful with letting me know what’s going on in class prior to attending. She also offers different yoga poses for when I need to keep weight off my hand. I value how personable she is and her openness as a human. I hope you know the way you show up for us does not go unnoticed.❤️
She has discounted first-timer drop in rate—if curious I’d suggest to give one of her classes a try!

Parisa’s presence alone makes anyone she talks to feel relaxed and welcome. I regularly attend yoga classes and sound baths with Parisa! I've noticed such a huge difference in my mental health since I started practicing with her. Parisa is very thoughtful and curates such a beautiful space/experience. I really appreciate how she incorporates a trauma informed approach into all of her offerings. I never write Google reviews but Parisa is the best. I've attended her classes at Moving Galaxy MKE and it is a beautiful and inviting space. Parisa is so intentional, thoughtful, and warm, providing us tea and a little snack at the end of the class. I am always impressed by how it feels like she has thought of every detail to make the class as relaxing as possible. Some of these things may sound small, like telling us when we're halfway through a pose in case we want to shift our head to the other side, but to feel like I can just sink into it and not even have to remember to keep track of things like that feels big in times of stress. Parisa is the warmest, most inviting human being who welcomes you gently and supports you fully from the moment you walk into the door 'til the moment you leave. I’ve taken a few guided meditation sound baths with Parisa, and every class has been vastly different, as she curates the sound off of her intuition; therefore, giving the students what they need in that moment. Every sound bath is a new experience that can heal pain, both physically and emotionally. When entering my most recently class, I was struggling with neck/upper back pain that has been bothering me for a few weeks. After class it was completely gone! Sound healing is very powerful!
She has a very welcoming demeanor that makes you feel acceptance from the second you enter the studio. This is so important, especially if you’re new to class. She really is wonderful, I can EASILY give her teaching FIVE STARS! Highly recommended!

I've practiced yoga on and off for decades and had many different teachers, but Parisa is by far the best I've ever had. She is a gentle guide, a warm, uplifting presence, and her trauma-informed practice has really helped me to engage fully.
I've also participated in one of Parisa's sound baths. I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the experience. It was a great way to clear my mind and be totally at rest. I've always had trouble trying to sift through my mind's noise when meditating, but the sound bath made this possible for me.

Parisa is an excellent, informed, and gentle yoga teacher. Her spaces feel soothing, judgment-free, and safe. I've found her flow classes to be wonderful ways to stretch, move, and challenge my balance and stamina. Her restorative classes help me come back to myself during or after a stressful week, and they give me a space to just "be" with my body in a way rarely afforded to us in our day-to-day lives.
