A community that allows individuals to be themselves, encourages personal growth—physically, mentally, and spiritually—through a wide variety of classes with expert teachers, offering different perspectives and experiences of yoga. A great place to grow as a person.

I recently was visiting Madison for a month and was blessed to learn about this studio which I joined for an unlimited membership. I came almost every day (sometimes twice a day) and fully enjoyed a wide variety of classes from more active and strengthening such as Rejuvenate and Radiate, to deeply nourishing and restorative such as Yin and Yoga Nidra. My favorite two experiences were Kirtan and Ecstatic dance in the beautiful space of Fitchburg studio, as well as Dance the Mystery class that is a part of the regular offerings. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and the teachers come from different backgrounds bring the depth of expertise to their classes. I've been to many studios and myself am a yoga therapist and breath therapist and I can say with no doubt that this is one of the best managed studios that I've ever been a part of. I will definitely be back whenever I come back to Madison.

I love this studio. The teachers I've had are skilled and knowledgeable. The studios are beautiful and clean. I found Perennial when I needed a new "home" studio and am so happy I did.

A Madison mainstay; more than a yoga studio! They have pros leading the sessions while the kitchen cranks out delicious nourishing food. They also have a small event space that one can rent. This is a new addition and looks good. They also have a few massage and Ayurvedic treatment rooms. The yoga space is beautiful with big floor to ceiling windows looking at nature. If you have not been yet, go check it out!

Dear Yogis,

I’ve been seeking myself my practice for quite some time, not really understanding what I seek and why. I’ve been to many other Studios and felt a connection, BUT nothing even close to the grounding centered sense of one spiritual connection that I’ve discovered with myself my fellow yogis and the teachers here at Perennial. There is something very very special happening here at Perennial. For me it’s way more than discovering my practice, it’s like a weekly therapy session with / for my soul, so hard for me to explain fully in words, but when I leave my class I experience this rush sense of a overwhelming feeling of nurturing healing sense of LOVE permeating every essence of my being. I love it, It’s kinda cool. My only recommendation is just GO THERE!! My hope is you too will feel the same LOVE and ENERGY in the room as I have, and it fuels your soul. Namaste Perennial ❤️

Perennial Yoga helped me through an ongoing knee injury....I pulled through and have experienced a full recovery because of their gentle teachers and strong practices....I continued forward with a Certification from their Yoga School. Where I learned discipline, the depth of full body experiences and the Love we find in this sacred practice.....Perennial offers an immersion within yourself and all around you.

Absolutely phenomenal! The space within Garver is gorgeous and completely adds to the ambience and experience of the classes. The teachers are very knowledgeable, encouraging and diverse in their practices. I joke with friends that after class, I walk out feeling as though I both did an hour long workout and took an hour long nap. I'm learning and improving with every class and I love going to Perennial. As someone who has a lot of stress in my job, going to class most days is the perfect catharsis and stress-reliever. Can't say enough good things.

Perennial offers so much value as a community where I can turn to find enrichment through yoga asana classes, meditation, wisdom talks, and fire ceremonies. I've built lasting friendships here amongst kind-hearted staff and students. My weekly rituals in this space are enhanced by intuitive individuals that continuously uplift me, and for that I am truly grateful!

I have been to this studio numerous times over the years. The teachers are really motivating and energetic in their classes. I especially love the variety of classes offered throughout the week. I love Amy's kundalini class. It's a treat to have kundalini classes available in Fitchburg. Katie's gentle yoga class is usually very balanced and perfect anytime of the day. Keith and Sean offer some awesome vinyasa classes to work up a great sweat. If power yoga is your speed, there's quite a few options to choose from also. I can go on and on about all of the instructors and how great they are... You'll have to go and see for yourself!

The views over the prairie are really amazing and peaceful. The outdoor trail behind the building is really nice to stroll along before or after class. It's really nice when they open the doors on nice weather days to hear the birds outside. They offer mats and props to use for their classes.

I like that there's a cafe to grab something to eat/drink before or after class. It's a vegan cafe with lots of options to fill you up.

Sometimes, the classes fill up and I've been turned away multiple times. They do have an online class registration app that's handy to use. I suggest doing so to get a space in class.

This amazing resource has yoga, book meetings, workshops on healing not only our bodes and souls but working toward a healthy world ... books, incense, oils ... I can't list everything and houses one of the BEST vegan restaurants ... it is even gluten free ... Surya .... even before I took a yoga class I went to Surya with my son who guided my path to compassionate eating ... a gem! Healing at every level.

I had an amazing experience at the Thursday 5:30 beginners yoga class last night. I have been in a yoga class before at a different yoga studio and it was not the spiritual beautiful relaxing experience that I had at Perinal Yoga Madison, Wisconsin I am hooked💕👍✨

This is more than a yoga studio; it is a healing community, a sanctuary in a beautiful serene setting, a great cafe and library, and a good beginning and continuance for a journey. Most of the teachers are very good at aiding and tuning into each student!

Perennial is a fantastic yoga studio. They offer a huge variety of classes at all levels. All of the instructors I've taken classes with have been exceptional. Its a beautiful space, and it is probably the most reasonably priced membership in the area. Don't forget to check out Surya Cafe as well!

Unsettling atmosphere. Decapitated Buddha heads used as decoration and a general vibe of cultural appropriation make it difficult to stomach being here. Food was sub-par. In a beautiful setting. Friendly service. Good selection of items on the menu for people with dietary restrictions. Haven't taken any yoga classes here so I'll give them an extra star

Absolutely the most wonderful yoga studio I have ever been a member of. Everyone is so kind and it is a great experience, so relaxing and warm. The rooms are all beautiful and have great views. Always clean and there is even tea out in the waiting area and by the changing rooms. Also a great variety of classes and teaching styles available on the schedule, there is truly something for everyone!

Perennial Yoga has been my studio for two years. The teachers are caring, inspiring and highly knowledgeable about both the physical and esthetic aspects of the practice of yoga. The space is beautiful, the setting is remarkable. Classes are numerous at all times of the day, every day. Want to sweat? Perennial has a class for that! Need a recharge or simply a time to renew yourself? You will find that in the Restorative, Yin, Meditation and Gentle classes. No experience? They'll teach you! The Perennial community of yogis is delightful. I have met the most wonderful, sincere, kind and accomplished people on the mat in this special place. Thank you Meg Sirchio for bringing Perennial to Fitchburg and Madison!

I am so happy to have a wonderful yoga studio in Fitchburg. From the moment you walk in to Perennial, you feel a sense of calm and relaxation. The rooms are kept warm, but not too hot and the main room has a beautiful view of the prairie. The teachers emphasize the mind as much as the body. I found my yoga home!
