He wont they wont. You call again. Same answer same result. I live too far away now to just stop in which I have explained and they are continuing to take my money because they wont cancel my account after being asked 3 times.

Newer, more modern equipment then other locations I've been to. Very clean from the locker rooms to the workout floor and equipment.
Staff was friendly and professional.
Aiden (AJ) even offered to help me put my membership on my phone, so I wouldn't have to give my phone number every time I came in. He was patient and courteous. I was very appreciative and impressed!

I would give no stars if I could. My son had a membership there that I was paying for. He went into the military and he cancelled the membership. So 3 weeks ago my credit card was charged for $59 annual membership. I called right away and the manager was going to see about getting this reimbursed as it looked like the account hadn't been cancelled but they froze it instead. So that is why annual membership fee was charged. He said he would look into this with upper management. Haven't heard anything and have not received a refund. So I called today, 3/5/25 and they tell me there is no way they can reimburse the money but now the membership was cancelled. This is really awful business practice for Planet Fitness. PF consistently gets bad reviews on their cancelling membership procedure. I am not happy about this. This is not about the employees there, they are not empowered to be able to do anything about this. SHAME ON YOU PLANET FITNESS. This is a crappy business practice period!!!!!

I joined Planet Fitness about three weeks ago. I have nothing but good to say about the gym in Hudson, Wisconsin! It is clean, the equipment is all nice and in good working condition, and everyone is so welcoming. The hours it's open make it possible for me to go whenever I want to. The locker rooms are clean with ample locker space for everyone. (You just need to bring your own lock.) The cost value is fantastic and I love that I can bring a guest with me every time I go if I want to. This is the first time in my life that I have joined a gym and have actually gone consistently. It helps that there is such a wide variety of people who go to this gym, both young and old, as well as people who are advanced in their fitness journeys and people (like me) who are just starting out. I have never felt weird or ashamed for not being in amazing physical shape at this facility. Truly, everyone is welcome! It is such a great facility that I look forward to going and I have fun while I'm there. This is a great gym and I'd recommend it to anyone!

The clientele age from high school through elderly which makes it a wonderful place for all ages. I highly suggest the black card membership because it allows you into the black card spa which is a great experience after or before your workout. I've been to several Planet Fitness locations, and this one is definitely one of the best. The gym has a great variety of equipment, and I never find myself waiting around to use something. It's never too crowded, which is a huge plus. The staff here are always friendly and willing to help out. The only minor issue I've noticed is that there are times when only one employee is on duty, so you might have to wait a bit if you need assistance and they're busy. But overall, I'm very happy with my experience at this gym and would highly recommend it!

The equipment and general facilities are kept clean. There is a variety of quality workout equipment. I enjoy watching smart TV's. I would like it if more of the equipment was connected to them. The volume on smart TV 6 is so low that it cannot be heard.

I appreciate that the facility is open all day and into the evening until 10 p.m. weekdays, but I would also like those extended hours on the weekend. It truly is a judgment-free zone to workout. The staff are always cordial, helpful, and willing to answer questions.

Any other gym cannot match the membership fee.If you want more amenities, and they do have them, you can upgrade your membership for a tad more per month. It is the best bang for your buck you are likely to find. I workout regularly, and I have never felt better, and my appearance is improving.

I arrived at 4:01pm, first time ever being a part of a gym at all. We were not greeted, however I did approach the front staff after walking ourselves through, we did explain we were new. We were not shown where anything was, just told what kind of massage chairs & tanning beds there were.
I was told the lay down tan was 15 minute wait so she put me in a hydro chair for that time after writing my name down. I did not get into the bed for 45 minutes AFTER the massage & was not told what was happening.
I will be back for self accomplishments & how nice of a gym this is but staff at time was very chaotic, unprofessional, & didnt seem to know what was happening.

Not only do they have top-notch workout equipment and a friendly atmosphere, but their massage chairs are an absolute game-changer. Kinda disappointed that I won’t be going to this location anymore. I go to 3 different locations and like to tan after the gym never had a problem until today when the girl working told me I could tan in an hour because you can only tan once every 24 hours and it had been 23? I love going to planet fitness, however as of recent I was sadly informed that they let go of a really good employee, this is still in high school, for attendance. Lucas was an awesome employee that never hesitated to show new members how to utilize machines at the gym, was extremely friendly, welcoming, hardworking and positively affected the atmosphere at the gym. Wish good staff could be kept. Carol is also a favorite employee of myself and friends and is very hardworking and kind. Always looked forward to seeing Lucas and Carol working together before and after our workouts, together they brought a welcoming and fun environment every day.

If I could give a lesser review I would they charged me 60$ a month for 3 months in a row when I called and asked for a refund or to explain what the charges were for they said it was a 50$ late fee they said I’d get a refund and 2 days after that no refund and they charged me another 20$ so 2 months I gave them 60$ for a 10$ membership and this month I’ve given them 80$ what a sham don’t deal with this gym

Another amazing planet fitness. This one is less than a year old every piece of equipment is brand new. I like how the TV's away from the treadmill, but it will be nice if the news channels could be eliminated!! special Fox and CNN or any local news, because we are working our muscles while we're poisoning our mind. death, robbery, gunshot. I believe this is a great place to work out and I have had a good experience for the most part. Except for one worker/trainer named Garrett he was not nice today. He told my friend to go home since the summer pass was up. And since he didn’t see me check in, he came up to me mid set and made me go up and rescan my code so he knew I didn’t just walk in. He could have at least waited for my set to be done. But why would I even try to sneak in there in the first place. Besides that he was very rude. Stay away from him if you go there.

I'm very disappointed when I saw that you guys charged me an annual fee of $41.15 out of my checking account when I just joined the club. I was told no fee charges to join the club. Especially when I just joined the club in Jan 2022 this year. There should not be an annual fee charged right away at least the 1st year. I can see after a year with the club then a annual fee charge should be charged but not within a month 1/2. I want my $41.15 back into my bank account and close the account. Thank you

After having a really bad experience with another gym, and am so excited Planet Fitness finally came close enough to me to get a membership.

First of all, everyone staff member that I've encountered is so friendly and willing to answer any questions. I'm not usually one for chit chat, but it's almost like walking into Cheers when you come into the Hudson PF.

I also really appreciate how clean the gym is. I don't think I've ever been there when someone isn't cleaning something. It feels good, especially during cold/flu/Covid season.

Finally, the general layout of the building, beautiful locker rooms equipment, and extras (my favorite is the hydromassage) are phenomenal Sometimes I find myself not wanting to leave!

Planet Fitness is a great option for the community and I'm so happy to be part of it.
