Signed up again simply because is a Great place, clean, personnel is cordial helpful and friendly, specially Ben at the Janesville location. He’s an amazing person, always taking care the gym is in great conditions and safe, giving all sort of information, instructions; walking around the gym making sure all is in perfect & properly working. Have been going to PF for almost a year now. Have seen quite a few different faces come and go as far as employees. So glad I go early in the morning when Nikki is there. She is always so friendly and literally the only one I ever see cleaning. I go daily, even on the weekends and can say I have seen ONE other person mop once and it was only once. I have seen plenty just stand behind the front desk and even sitting on the couch scrolling on their phone. I truly look forward to the mornings Nikki is there. One complaint I have is I am pretty sure the a/c does not work properly. The front area by the treadmills is okay but the rest is always SO hot. Good for a workout but also makes it uncomfortable. Do love the new machines.

I travel a lot for work and it’s super convenient that there’s a planet in Janesville. The connecting point between IL and Madison is a great spot and others would agree. Ben the manager I’m assuming I see every time I come in making things happen with a smile on his face. For a small PF it’s clean on I will say to bathroom are never smelly or to dirty but hey it’s a bathroom! The only down side is it is a smaller PF and should be paid attention to I mean what’s the space at Big Lots being used for hub?!? Sounds like.potential for PF.

This PF has such good workers. They keep the place tidy and are always upbeat / positive. Only reason for 4 stars is because when they did the remodel a few months ago, I’m assuming they were trying to account for more people. However, they didn’t add extra fans for circulation / air flow?!?. It gets HOT in here when it’s packed. Also they need better fans in the tanning rooms. In summer months when those machines get utilized most, those rooms get so hot - you have to change and get out quickly or you’ll suffocate.

I love this Planet Fitness location! I have been going here about a year now and have always seen such hard workers within the hours I workout. Nikki is such a great example of a friendly, helpful, hard working, and most importantly an enthusiastic employee! I am always greeted with a big smile as I walk in, and told to have a great rest of my day when I make my way out! But if she is ever not up at the front desk, she is somewhere within the facility cleaning everything. Dusting, changing the garbages, cleaning the bathrooms! Always working hard! Whenever I have questions about certain machines as well she is very knowable about everything. And it is so so helpful! I definitely appreciate having such good staff at the gym I attend! A large reason of why I continue to come back!

I thought I had canceled my membership but turns out that it’s still trying to charge my card and I haven’t gone in months that’s why I went to cancel and got that done but it’s still charging my card every other day like I just blocked it so it won’t charge but I’m not ever gonna pay that. I liked the time I was there but couldn’t go. So I cancelled but idk if y’all wanna fix that but I know there gonna tell me that I have to pay the 100 dollars plus and what not to cancel after I did before

I was weary about the remodeling during construction, as I genuinely enjoyed the energizing contrast of yellow and purple walls and the overall ambiance. However, now that the remodel is complete, I love what you've done with the place! It feels clean and relaxing but doesn't take away from the motivation I feel when I'm there. Nice work!

Usually I love this gym, clean and friendly, but today, hearing a worker speak to his coworker about a woman who spoke to him and say “yeah, she’s really hot” is seriously off putting and frankly disgusting. As a young female gym-goer, I NEVER want to hear this spoken about me by someone who works at the establishment I frequent. Additionally, he had no shame saying it in front of other patrons, and didn’t even attempt to hide that he said anything. Frankly makes me not want to come back to this location. Seriously disappointed.

Corporate apparently thought it was smart to take them out and not replace them with newer and better ones. Please replace them.

They upped prices, added nothing new, the mens locker room scale still hasnt been replaced even though they remodeled everything, ( they repainted and moved things around, and added louder speakers to play music nobody wants to listen to because everyone wears headphones but you can still here the music through your headphones because they play it unreasonably loud.

Horrific management actually allows men to go into the women's bathroom. The company that picks up the dirty laundry, Cintas is instructed by the manager to walk into the women's locker room. Where he is in full view of any women that might be changing their clothes. The intelligent thing to do would be to have the bag of dirty laundry up by the front desk or by the front door. But no the manager doesn't understand being respectful of women. shame.

I was born without a lower half. Where there should be a posterior and a pair of legs, there is simply nothing. As you can imagine, this can be the cause of many jests and gags at my expense. However, at Planet Fitness, this could not be further from the truth. The manager and several staff have helped me pull my radio flyer wagon around the gym to different machines and lifted me onto the benches so I could commence in rigorous upper body training. Since God cheated me out of a lower half, I had to strengthen my core and my upper body in order to get around. The Planet lets me do that with ease and with ZERO judgement. I can't imagine where I would be today without these amazing people here to lift me up both spiritually and physically onto the weight benches. If you seek hope and purpose, I urge all of you, make a pilgrimage to the PF. It really is another planet, and the gravity will pull you in as soon as you push your first rep. I must go now, typing all of this has taken its toll, and I need to do my iron lung session to keep up my body's strength. God bless!

Met with general manager A Kiefer at the desk to discuss charges on my account. $10 month plan, last month they upped to $15 a month. I showed 14 months of charges to my account same day each month. Sept 20 I was charged 15 for monthly dues Sept 24 I was charged another $25. I questioned the $25 charge and A Kiefer blamed the charge on me/bank saying it was a late fee. I said how is it late when you can see I paid $15 on Sept 20? A Kiefer would not refund the money and I promptly canceled my account. Customer service 0 stars. Would not recommend a company with poor business ethics. Yes, it's $25 but also just return the $25 and I'd still be a loyal member as I have been for 12 yrs. Please recommend a new gym that dosen't steal money. Thank you
