I like going here it's usually very clean. Never had problems with the staff or members at the gym. Just wish they had a neutral bathroom even if it was just one, for those of us who don't feel comfortable using our assigned genders bathroom.

Good layout of machines. Nice overhead showers. Music at a little volume which is nice. No music in the lounge area which is nice and unusual for most Planets.
I everybody brings what they want to listen to him so why I have any music at all? Why subject everybody to this Rockbot?
Also, I suggest putting in small squeegees behind every sink on a holder and an all showers so people may be more likely to clean up after themselves. Water always on the sink countertops, and in front of the showers which makes the floor is very slippery. A simple small squeegee may prod people into cleaning up their water mess.
In addition, there are softer hinges for the locker doors so they donโt slam. Iโve seen it at other planets
No hybrid Machine in the spa.
Otherwise, I love the showers in the lower music level. But stop the music!

1. The AC only worked in one part of the building at a time.
2. Recently they had no hot water.. ๐ฟ (ew)
3. They removed the weight scales with no reason given
4. The days you need them open late ( they actually close early Fri and Sat ) And lastly
.5 one of their massage chairs are always broken ๐

This gym is well run and maintained. The equipment is clean and the employees there are very helpful and knowledgeable. The young lady Maddie is very nice and polite. You can see that she really loves her job. Keep up the great work!
