I’ve been a member for many years. Staff was always busy cleaning equipment and locker rooms and toilets. They also had trainers and classes included for free. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming when you came in.
So different today… campers parked outside, coming in with pajamas, also saw a lady strolling a suitcase out of the bathroom. Is this a gym or a homeless shelter? Not much cleaning going on anymore either.

Love this gym!!! The young lady (Margaret) that manages the Marinette Planet Fitness is seriously good at her job, and super nice. I have gone to enough gyms to know you are very lucky to have someone so dedicated and proud of the job they do. Everyone loves her!!!
Yet....on Friday, February 14th, 2025, I asked if Margaret was on vacation (as she is normally always there working very hard at her job) and was told she is no longer there. I seriously hope she left on her own and was not let go!!! I can't imagine anyone having their head so far up their butt that they would let a gem like Margaret go. If in fact that is the case, good luck finding anyone as good as that young lady.
Lacy, assistant manager is very good at her job also. Doesnt talk to people like she is reading from a script all the time...just very personable, friendly and funny.

Spacious layout of the gym with plenty of high quality exercise equipment to choose from. The staff at this location are ALWAYS courteous and friendly! Their infrared light therapy room, tanning beds, and massage chairs are kept clean and in good working order as well. Overall an amazing experience to be a part of this community of like-minded individuals; definitely worth the money!

It’s very important to get across this message to planet fitness Marinette, WI I was talking to several of their daytime employees especially Libby.
It’s my request that you get new fit sit bikes you only have one in the whole place. It looks like you have about 15 stairmaster or 22 different styles and you have about the same treadmills. You only have one sit bike and for anybody that had knee surgery, hip surgery or any rehabilitation going on with anything in their legs Including neuropathy and varicose veins they need this machine matter fact if you can go one quality gear up for the bearings that would be less residual tension and vibration during the exercise process !
Otherwise, your planet fitness here in Marinette including the black card spa is just exceptional and so are all the employees it’s a gym rated well beyond any other including the YMCA’s and any of the small town local community exercise facilities Thank you

Customer service at this location is always top notch!! I was there yesterday i got really sick all of a sudden and they were beyond helpful. I left my phone on the counter and when i was pulling away they chased me outside with it. I leave with smile everytime. Keep up the great work!!!

I just moved to the area a few months ago and by far this has been the cleanest and nicest gym I’ve been to in years! And shout out to the new worker I believe her name is Lacy! Everytime I come in she is always staying busy weather it’s cleaning or making sure everyone seems welcomed to the gym as they come threw the front doors!

I’ve been working out at planet fitness in marinette for over a year and the staff is always working hard to keep things clean and running smoothly and are always friendly with a greeting when you walk in and ask how your workout went and are always quick to respond to questions and concerns you may have and are very knowledgeable about all the various pieces of equipment and instructing you on how to use them properly. Planet fitness has been greatly beneficial to my mental health and my physical health and it all starts with the great staff working there 🏋️
