Avoid Planet Fitness. They make it intentionally difficult to cancel a membership. There’s no option to cancel online, and no one answers the phone when you call — even weeks before your next billing cycle. I mailed a written cancellation letter with my original contract more than 10 days before renewal, but their corporate policy seems focused on poor customer service and squeezing every last dollar from customers instead of doing what’s right.

Awesome gym, but as a member i dont like the hours, its not a 24/7 gym but should be opened till 11 pm everydays at least. i wont subscribe to the competition cause their gym is smaller, but the gym closing at 8 pm somedays is not that cool tbh

I'm here out of town and it's a nice gym. Everything looks pretty new, not too many people and the staff are friendly. Every machine was operational when I was there, so overall awesome.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Planet Fitness. The staff here are rude, unprofessional, and clearly not interested in helping members. I had a simple question about billing and was met with eye-rolls and attitude, as if I was bothering them just by asking. Trying to cancel my membership was even worse — they gave me the runaround for days, and no one seemed to know what they were doing.
Customer service is practically nonexistent. Phones go unanswered, and when you do get someone, they’re dismissive and unhelpful. I chose Planet Fitness for the convenience, but honestly, the stress from dealing with the staff outweighs any benefit. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Best gym ever! I've always been wary of trying out another gym, especially after my awful YMCA experience in town. Planet Fitness truly is supportive with their staff, amentities, and with the app. I never have to feel afraid of judgement again!!

This place is an enormous step up compared to that horrendous YMCA in town. The staff are very friendly and treat you with respect unlike the YMCA, their facilities are actually clean and their workout facilities and machines are from this century, again, unlike the YMCA.
My only critique is that the lockers are a bit small but I do get it because they opened up in the old mall and have to deal with the space they got. Fiancé and I come here all the time and we love it, especially the massage chairs. I’m so glad that there’s finally a decent gym in town.

Love going there daily and then relaxing on a massage chair. Sometimes using the infrared machine for collagen healing or using the tanning machine. Lots of amenities.

A+ I didn't have my phone to login and didn't have my tanning goggles, but everything went super smooth because of the rockstar staff who handled everything in stride. The ladies were super nice and helpful. Probably the best experience I've had at a Planet Fitness.

Love it! The staff are wonderful, helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is clean and vibey. The music isn’t too loud and it’s spaced out nicely. The Black Card Spa is AWESOME!! I tell all my friends about it. :) There’s nothing like finishing a workout with the massage chair.

Please train all of your associates on the policy for 1 day passes. Wasted 20 minutes of my day talking to a kid and filling out paperwork only to find out that he still didn’t know how to get me a guest pass. Was in town for a very short period of time and was not able to get in a full workout due to the time wasted on this.
