My experience here was terrible manager was rude on my first visit which resulted in me making a negative review. My next visit i was stalked by an African American women who appeared to be related to the manager and became a target of another staff member which resulted in my guest being harassed and defamation of character. Worst service ever. I feel the manager had her staff stalk me out and the owner Shannon failed to respond to my request to speak with her

This truly saddens me to write this. The new location is absolutely terrible. Yes the machines are fantastic, but the new staff is horrible. Half of them are extremely rude and make me feel like a bother just for being there. It's honestly extremely offensive and it makes me not want to ever come back. Not to mention the bathrooms are never maintained anymore, it was filthy when I came here the last two times. I don't know what happened, Planet used to be awesome.

I’ve been going to Planet Fitness for a while now, and I have to say it just keeps getting better. The location recently expanded and the difference is amazing—there’s so much extra space and a ton of new equipment. Whether you’re into cardio, strength training, or just want variety in your workouts, there’s always something available without a long wait.

On top of that, the staff really makes this place stand out. They’re always friendly and welcoming the moment you walk in, and it sets such a positive tone for the whole workout. It never feels intimidating here—just a supportive environment where everyone is encouraged to do their best.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the improvements and the atmosphere. Planet Fitness has definitely earned 5 stars from me!

So many complaints— but who to complain to when no one is at the desk? The employee was cleaning and there was a number left to call for assistance. This wasn’t an emergency so I didn’t bother. But the wellness mats/mats stink! they literally smell so bad! These should be replaced at least once if not twice a year in a gym this busy. they are all torn and are forming discoloration. If I see mold, I’m leaving. Garbage cans are full quite often, I’m talking about the outdoor one in front of the building. There was trash spilling out of the garbage can and all over the ground. I am very disappointed. There is no scale in the women’s restroom. The squirt bottles just shoot out the liquid so fast and it’s so streamy that it just goes all over the floor. I think it should be more of a mist but I’m just picky about that. It is quite cold in there but I would rather be cold than too hot. Women’s room toilets are gross and paper towel is not stocked. Not complaining so far about the employees except for one who has an unfriendly demeanor but has never said anything disrespectful to me. The machines all work as intended, so thats good, but it's the little things that make this place gross.

update : I’ve noticed some thoughtful improvements lately at Planet Fitness! The gym is much cleaner—especially garbage and facility upkeep. more attentiveness in customer service and appreciation, even with power outages, handled very professionally. desk attendants are very polite and greet me when arriving and leaving. Thank you, Planet Fitness—the gym is becoming a space where I feel more comfortable. 😊

I usually don't create reviews but I want to give a shoutout to the 2nd Shift Employee "V" at the Planet Fitness Menomonee Falls WI location He is very encouraging towards me and my wifes fitness goals and journey and consistently with a strong postive attitude at the front desk entry, keeping the equipment and atmosphere clean as well. V has a very positive attitude towards everyone that comes through the door. V is always laughing and making everyone feel welcome. V is always accommodating when it comes to buying things off of the Inventory Wall, setting up others for tanning beds & also setting me up for my favorite the hydro bed. The way V keeps the Men's Room spotless is amazing when I come into the Menomonee Falls club I always look forward to see V and his punctual greetings. I don't know who hired & trained him but he is taking the Company to the next level. Thank you so much V & to the ones who trained you, You're very much appreciated here. I believe you're prepped & ready for a higher position at Planet Fitness.

I consistently go here. It’s a great gym for the price and if you go at the right times you have the gym to yourself which is always a plus. The staff are great and it’s a clean place. Definitely recommend. The only cons are the dumbbells only up to 75 but that’s normal for all planet fitness locations.

One of the worst planet fitness customer service to rip off people. I saw few more comments where this location charges money even after cancellation.

I had membership over there and i had to move to California all of the sudden so i called this location to cancel my membership.
This people asked me to fly to wisconsin from california just to cancel membership.
They literally told me that else they won’t cancel.

I went to local planet fitness in california and they informed me that wisconsin location are being stubborn as they want to rip off people else its easy to cancel membership via call or they can transfer membership to california location.
They even called wisconsin location but this greedy people even declined to transfer membership and asked to fly to cancel membership.

Well, i can always have my bank to step in to block this kind of FRAUDSTER Managers and employees who are well trained to do fraud with people’s membership and their bank accounts.

My son cancelled his membership on Aug 29, 2023 before he left for college. Noticed in December 2023 that we were still being charged. Alerted the Menomonee Falls location right away. Talked to management over a dozen times, who told me the refund would be processed in a few weeks. I emailed the district manager 3 times with absolutely no response and still no refund. Refund should be $130 and still waiting!

“Free” High School membership. Buyer beware!! My teen started in April 2023, was charged a $79.99 membership fee, then was told she can’t cancel for the “FREE” summer membership or would be charged the $79.99 fee again in September. So she paid $10/ month in summer and all year.
We were just charged a $49.99 renewal fee on 6/1, she asked the owner Jarod Paz three days later if she could use the summer membership this year and he said the money was already charged, we’d have to cancel to recieve the FREE summer membership but would not be refunded the $49.99 AND by not paying the $10/month all summer would again have to pay a membership fee in the fall. He refused to give a three day grace period…for a 16 year old.
This is auto drafted monthly from MY bank account, so you cannot dispute. The sign up is online and the emails were all going to my teen so I did not see this.
After talking to the franchise owner, there is no one to dispute this and he did not care at all that she was paying more for the same service. All he said was, “too bad.”
$49.99 isn’t going to break me— but pretty deceptive, especially on a membership in minors name. I hope this review can help other parents monitor so it doesn’t happen to them or avoid Planet Fitness all together, there are many better, safer alternative in the Falls.

I started coming to the planet fitness in Menomonee Falls in April Of 2019. It has the equipment I need when I need it. What I appreciate is the friendliness of most of the staff. The last few months, I have been greeted by name by the manager of this location, Mike. He is one of the individuals that has always made me feel welcome here regardless of how I think I look.

I was very surprised today when I arrived and found out that he was no longer employed At this location. That Is very disappointing. You should try everything you can to keep good employees and Mike was a good one.

I am considering finding a location to work out. I always want to feel comfortable where I am and I’m not sure that this is a place for me anymore.

This location needs to move into a bigger building. Take over the old whole foods. The building is so small for how much this location is used. Parking is just ridiculous. I can't even wrap my head around going back to this location. Other than the to small of a location, I really like planet fitness. I am very thankful that there is a gym out there still affordable. I’ve been to multiple gyms and multiple planets but never have I ran into such horrible front desk workers. Between in person interaction & over the phone conversations…. I’ve never been treated with respect, not a one time. They get off on being condescending & rude. There are multiple other locations in the area so highly recommend Brookfield, Greenfield, Waukesha, or Milwaukee.. it is worth the extra drive. Not to mention the layout is better in every other location as well, much more space and diversity. & just some food for thought: if you guys hate your job so much there’s a lot of other jobs that pay $12- $14 bucks an hour that doesn’t involve customer service! I would give a 0/5 stars but that’s not an option so 1/5 it is.

Bathrooms and gym area seem clean overall but the toilets in the ladies room look like they haven't been scrubbed in weeks. There is a yellowish/ brown "film" on the toilets in the bowl. Was there last week and note on the desk said employee was cleaning, but I don't know where, because they weren't anywhere on the floor and not in the ladies room either and I was there for about 45 minutes. Never saw anyone anywhere. Seriously, scrub the toilets! I used to see employees wiping things down all the time. Now if I see them it's behind the desk.
